You select a table number your going to and they. Ting your order to you . A very cute girl with a big smile brought me out a large ceramic coffee mug with a nice deep flavored coffee . It was perfect . By the time I added cream my Omelet was also on its way and I could see the steam coming off it as she was carrying it up my table . Again absolutely perfect and exactly what I was craving for . You know when you get a great meal you just eat it slowly and savory every bite . My husband & I frequent Bagel Boyz! We live off of Northlake and we were really sad that one closed but we have visited the other location as well! I can't believe how cheap it is as well! We have been to the Brooklyn Bagel since the other location closed and it is good but Bagel Boyz is GREAT! I prefer the lite sandwich they have with the sausage. The staff is always friendly and I like that they have the option of lunch too! I just wish that they would stay open later because we would have it for dinner too! This location is near my workplace. I went their twice this month and both times they completely messed up my order. Today i asked for a Chicken Philly with all the veggies, i actually received a steak Philly with nothing but cheese on it. This wouldn't be upsetting if i was dining in and could swap it out, but when you take food to go and then find out its wrong its upsetting. They need to train their staff or hire someone over 16 to manage the place. Its unfortunate because when they first opened it was a great spot. read more

Very surprised to see there are negative reviews about this place! The only true "New York bagel" I've had in Florida. I've tried everything from their omelets to their lunch sandwiches and have yet to be disappointed. First place I've seen down here where they actually make your food fresh! For starters, the restaurant is usually filthy. Floors, tabletops both inside and out. Garbage is not emptied frequently enough to prevent overflows. The soda machine is usually a bit sketchy on the outside so I have to wonder if they even bother keeping it clean on the inside. As others have pointed out in these reviews, staff is careless about things like washing hands and keeping prep areas clean. In more than one occasion I witnessed improper food handling. Prices for the menu items have skyrocketed (though this is the case everywhere, so can't ding them for inflation) but quality and portion sizes have not remained consistent. The last straw for me was when I ordered a bagel with nova cream cheese on the side. The cream cheese had obviously turned bad, either because it was too old or refrigeration problems. In my opinion , this location will either keep losing customers until it shuts down or the health department will do it. Unfortunate, because it is a very convenient location and if the store was cleaned up and management made an effort to improve sanitation and quality, I'm sure it would succeed. Until then, I would advise you to stay away.
