We just waited 15 minutes to get into the place to order. The music is so loud inside and the lady did not hear my order right. I ordered a bagel with strawberry jelly and of course I got strawberry cream cheese. I went to the car and my daughter was so disappointed. There is now 10+ people waiting to get inside. I called them 6 times and it was busy every time. Now, I am at Shop Right buying 6 bagels for the price of 1 there and going home to toast it so my kid can have what she ordered in the first place. read more

My favorite here is Jalapeño bagel with Lox, L&T and Jalapeño cream cheese spread... Yum! Not just your average bagel spot... This has to be hand down the BEST bagel spot on the mountain. I am a Brooklyn girl so I know a thing or two about a good bagel and The Bagel Experience puts NY bagels to shame. Always fresh, always a great selection to choose from whether you're getting breakfast or lunch(they also do sandwich) and the staff could not be friendlier. They have a great breakfast platter (2eggs any style, ur choice of meat, hash brown and a bagel) I always get an extra bagel on the side and make 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches out of it. Also don't and I repeat Don't skip the cream cheese case. They have such a great selection. My personal favorite is the Honey raisin. While your there you should also check out the pastry case. They really do have everything you need for a quick breakfast or lunch sandwich or if your like me and have family over a lot , Just get some cold cuts, a dozen bagels, a few cream cheeses and some pastries and make a delicious brunch. These are the worst breakfast sandwiches ever! I asked for my pork roll to be cooked well and it must have only been on the grill long enough to make it warm. It was greasy and disgusting. This happened more than once (one time could be a mistake so i always give a business another chance). That was my last visit there...ever. Further they really don't like to toast bagels or the toaster is broken because on two separate occasions we asked for toasted bagels and both times got ones that weren't toasted. Top notch bagels! The only place I recommend for bagels in the area. Friendly staff that handles a large volume of business quickly and efficiently. The one draw back is the size/set up of the store. This place seems to be a small local hot spot. The line was out the door, but it moves fast. It's takeout only, there is no seating and it's very small inside.
