My favorite combo is the pastrami lox on everything with chive schmear. I've also tried the Zaydie. It was delish, but had just a little too much egg on it for my tastes. If you like horseradish, try their red horseradish schmear. The horseradish is subtle at first, but kicks in after a few bites. It's located in the new Mashup Food Hall. On my recent trip to Mashup, I got the Classic Lox & Bagel, on an everything bagel with a plain schmear. The lox was great quality, and this more than hit the spot. This sandwich is comfort lunch food for me. I also love that Cold Smoke has Dr. Brown's sodas. I got the cream soda, though maybe someday soon I'll be brave enough to try the celery soda. The owner was also there when we were and chatted us up a bit. It's clear he has pride in his business. I'll definitely be back!
