I've driven by this place numerous times and finally decided to stop by as I was craving bagels. Everything is cooked fresh, including their cream cheese as I was told! This place does get pretty busy though as it's the only spot in town that serves amazing bagels.. so just a heads up! EVERYTHING is great on their menu that I've tried so far. I've tried their Lox, Pizza Bagel (basically if you want a tiny, yummy, pizza without having to buy an entire box of pizza), Jalapeno Cheddar, Cinnamon Crunch & Onion Bagel! Their honey walnut cream cheese spread is YUUUUUUMMMYyyy and I almost feel guilty pairing it up with the Cinnamon Crunch but it's literally DESSERT. Service was great, first of all. Greeted with a smile, delivered my drink right to my table, helped me out with the WiFi password. I got the sesame bagel with lox. I'm a New Yorker originally and my expectations aren't exactly low. But let me tell you, this was one of the best bagel and lox sandwiches I've ever had. Lox was fresh and tasty, no brown spots, not too salty, just the right amount of (delicious) cream cheese, nice thin slice of tomato, and even capers! And the bagel itself was pretty darn good! Stopped by around 11:30 a.m. and they were already out of several bagel flavors. It's a spot that has some potential, but they are still working out the kinks. Hopefully they'll improve stock as they get more established. Only been open a few months, so I'll give it a try another time. I ordered a Jalapeño bagel with cream cheese, solid flavor, warm, and just out of the oven. Waited about 5 mins. for it. They wrapped it in foil as I ordered it to go. They had about 4 staff members working and people sitting at a few tables. They offered chips and fountain drinks for sale. Got to check out Bagel House actually through my apartment when they catered a breakfast we had last month. From the moment I took a bite of their everything Bagel and their cream cheese I was overwhelmed by the many flavors and freshness of the combo of the Bagel and cheese! I love that the cream cheese was super creamy and cool. I decided I had to experience this again and went and got an Everything Bagel toasted with garden cream cheese. Wow! Again another amazing exprerience. And on top of this the customer service was great. It was a little slow as it was busy, so have patience as it is worth the wait! Thank you for some amazing bagels! Stopped in to pick up a couple of Bagels as we are BIG bagel fans and were hoping for the best. We were not disappointed, the two toasted plain bagels were wonderful, and the cream cheese was great. I ordered the Everything Bagel with Lox and Cream Cheese. This is the Ultimate Bagel, so if they get it right, they have mastered the basics of the Bagel Industry. They sure did. It was excellent in every way. And this was a very special day for them with their Car Show and Outdoor Party Music. This was very well done. I have worked in many different industries over my life including music festivals and audio video shows since the late 1970s . The guys did a great job with their music setup. Also met the Pretty Girlz Car Club. This all female group was also impressive with the show cars they build and show. Logan was fantastic, Gordon really showed the class and talent needed for this level of performance. His wife really holds the staff and details to this level of excellence not found in places that only exist for your money. This group is all about improving our community, our culture, and our values. Thank Goodness for people like these family run businesses They are our future, not the Stock Market driven multi national corporations. A friend told me about this place and I was excited to go as she said they had gluten free bagels. Yes, they do, but they are the same sawdust ones you can purchase at WalMart. I thought they would make them . I had a lot of nice choices for my husband though and he was happy. We decided to sample a bagel here so hubby and I split one. We ordered the Onion bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. I asked them to add cream cheese to it but they did not which made the sandwich a little dry. Nevertheless, the ingredients were hot and fresh tasting. Overall the bagel sandwich was very good and had it had the cream cheese on it it would've been 10 out of 10 for sure! Service, aside from the aforementioned oversight which was not a big deal to me, was very good. They were very friendly, informative, and fast. The deal breaker for me was the price, which will minimize the frequency of my visits. (The bill was $10.72 for 1 sandwich with no sides or drink). I felt rushed because it was noon time and they were very limited on what bagels and toppings they had plus they close at 2pm. Hey...not bad. The staff in particular was great. She toasted it just as I wanted it and that is a hard thing to do. Notice that the selection could go a bit deeper but they are new. Opened at the end of March!. Decent selection of sandwiches and it looks like they are trying to expand into other items. Hope they keep their focus on bagels instead of trying to do Mexican breakfast and pizza! Stop today to get a salted bagel with cream cheese toasted, and everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The salted bagel was OK except for the cream cheese as it seemed diluted and had chunks of cream cheese as it wasn't whipped very well. I don't need my cream cheese diluted. I just don't like a ton of it on my bagel. As far as the everything bagel could not even eat it as it didn't seem cooked at all, except for the outside and was very heavy and doughy cream cheese was the same as the other. If you really want to be atop-notch bagel place, I would also suggest wrapping the bagel in paper and cutting them in half then maybe just wrap them in aluminum foil instead of trying to slide them in that bag that you're using. Hope this helps as I would love to see you guys be successful as you are the only bagel place in town. The only other bagel you can get that somewhat decent is from Safeway. read more

My wife and I had been really looking forward to this place opening and we finally tried it for the first time today and we were not disappointed. Very excited to get a bagel shop in Casa Grande! I wanted to wait until we had visited a few times to write a review and now after my third trip I am happy to say that this place has great bagels! They have slowly been adding to their menu of flavors for both bagels and cream cheese. I have tried the everything, jalepeno/cheddar, and onion bagels and each have been great. Their cream cheese is smooth and creamy and they are very generous with it! My wife loves their breakfast sandwiches and lattes as well. Doesn't affect my rating whatsoever but I would suggest a little smaller cut on the veggies in the veggie cream cheese and for their next bagel flavor to be Asiago and then it really would be perfect! We came in and had some of the best bagels in casa grande. You can tell the bread is freshly made and they aren't scared to show it with the big oven they have in the back.
