I came to this little shop for breakfast on a Sunday morning while I waited for my son to finish a…read moredriving lesson. There is a lot of outdoor seating with various table sizes and chair heights. As I walked inside I was greeted by the staff behind the counter and I asked if I seat myself. The young lady behind the counter explained that I order at the counter, the menus were stacked by the register, and then can choose my table. The young lady was so friendly with a smile that lights up the room. I ordered Eggs Benedict with a large orange juice, and was offered 3 meat choices, bacon, ham or sausage, or all three. I decided to live a little and chose all 3. I paid for my meal and she was absolutely clear that tipping is completely optional, I really appreciated that. So many places with far below par service have come to expect tips. I was given a table marker and sat myself at a small round table by the window. Within a minute or so, another young lady brought my orange juice in a disposable cup. A few minutes after that, my breakfast was brought to the table. The sausage, ham, and bacon were all on top of the English muffins with poached eggs on top of that. Hollandaise sauce was slathered across the entire plate, it was luxurious! There were not potatoes included, but that is fine, as with the three meats it was very satisfying. I judge breakfast spots on how well they make Eggs Benedict, as not every place does it well, L'grande knocked it out of the park! The eggs were perfectly poached, not too runny. Every bite of my breakfast was incredible!!! This hidden gem in Casa Grande knows what they are doing and I sincerely look forward to returning and trying other menu options. Keep up the fantastic work ladies and gentlemen, this was a very pleasant experience.

The atmosphere was friendly and casual (very casual!), and they easily accommodated our party of five plus a baby. The menu covered all the breakfast and brunch basics (very basic!) --from acai bowls and burritos (which were more loaded with potatoes than eggs or protein) to omelets, or simply grabbing a latte--so everyone found something that suited them. Overall, it was comfortable and easy, though fairly unremarkable from a culinary standpoint. A bit old-fashioned, but worked well for an easy, low-pressure meet-up

Located in the Casa Grande Promenade next to the T-Mobile. Plenty of parking! Came in on a Sunday…read morenight around 7 p.m. & the line was to the door! Found out it was their first day open! There was about 12 people working. There are 4 tables to sit at but if there's a line it's not really accessible as area is crowded. They have some Halloween flavors for the month of Oct. it took us 20 mins to get thru the line as they are still training. I ordered the founders favorite! Needed to be mix more but was flavorful and still hit the sweet spot. The brownie was really fresh and the sweet cream ice cream was just enough sweetness. I'll be back to try it again once they had sometime to work out the kinks.

The line was about 6 people deep but it took 15 minutes before we were up to order. Another 15-20 minutes before my ice cream and mix in was ready. It took another 15 minutes for the shake we ordered. I am not exaggerating, the girl made the batch and it didn't fill the cup, and was very liquid, she had to back and make more ! There was zero enthusiasm or training even with 5 girls working. What few tables there were are crowded in by the long line standing close by, which had grown to 20+. I wouldn't want to sit down and eat my ice cream with someone's butt just inches away. To top it off, my ice cream barely crested the cup. We won't be going back.

The rolled potato tacos, & the sweet red enchiladas (the way my grandma would make them) There's tons of seating inside and they even have weekly food specials. Well, today happened to be Tuesday and outside of their door they had posted specials and one was for Taco Tuesday. Three tacos for about eleven dollars and some change. So I took advantage of that and ordered one adobada and two chicken tacos. The tacos were brought out with three bottles of salsa; one green, two reds at different spice levels. The tacos fell flat! The adobada was hard and crispy with little flavor. The meat was cut too small in my opinion, which may have resulted in its crispness. The two chicken tacos were bland, lacked flavor. I did like the fact they were cut thicker and were meaty and juicy. But it needed seasoning. The sauces also lacked flavor. None were spicy. Even the small bottled red salsa which I assumed was the spicier one wasn't spicy at all. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, but you'll never know! Like I said, I love Peruvian food; so maybe that's where their forte lies!
