This is strictly based on the service. I came in and ordered food with 2 sides of cream cheese. The sides of cream cheese are almost $2 each! Well they failed to give it to me....so I had to drive back to get them and when I told them they took their time looking up my order to make sure I wasn't lying. Yea I drove all the way back to lie about 2 tiny sides of cream cheese because I wanted to steal it. So I asked the girl who rang me up to tell the other girl that I actually ordered it and I was just here. She asked my name to look up my order. Like seriously it's 2 tiny sides of cream cheese. I wasn't asking for full tubs of it....then I had to wait forever for them to get to my order and give me the sides. This is the place, in my mind Einsteins has always made great toasted bagels with plain cream cheese and they are consistent no matter where you go. The dark coffee for me rounds out the experience. Staff have always been friendly. The place is always clean and well kept. read more

Carissa took my order, one person ahead of me. Asked to have 3 bagels not cut and bagged separate- the rest cut and not toasted. Some bagels in oven. I was advised a 4 min wait. Lines started to form and orders going out and now past 10 min and nothing. I approached she looked at me like a deer in the headlights. Bagels uncut and in a box without paper - after I said bagels uncut there was no acknowledgement or offer to fix it. Disappointed in the lack of customer service. While waiting for my order today, I saw that an elderly delivery driver was attempting to make a pickup, and was verbally humiliated and embarrassed by the manager, Krystal, due to some error he had made. She lectured him on his procedure, and made him feel as though he were trying to take the order for himself. Really? Is this the caliber of employee, much less manager, that you have working for you? This person needs remediation at the very least, and to learn that elder abuse should not be tolerated. read more

This was my first time going to the Queen Creek location for Einstein Bagels, and let me tell you, possibly the best experience I've ever had. Krystal, the GM was an absolute doll: so kind, funny, sweet, and overall just a very helpful person. I've always tried to avoid EB simply bc of my past experience, despite me enjoying their food. This time, I can confidently say I will be returning, all thanks to Krystal; with her hospitality, knowledge and kindness. it's impossible to enjoy when you ask for a simple modification [no chipotle aioli] but find your sandwich absolutely covered in the one thing you asked them to leave off it. This marks the third time I've ordered the Texas brisket sandwich and asked for "no chipotle aioli", but received a bagel completely swimming in the stuff. Straight to the trash can, again...Apparently the word "no" means something completely different to the staff at Einsteins; maybe I need to learn a new vocabulary? I figured twice could be purely coincidence, but three in a row just proves to me that no one there really cares. I'd really love to understand how anyone could think that adding so much of a condiment that it cannot be contained within the sandwich and ends up encompassing the whole outside of the sandwich, is acceptable? The bagels are good on their own, however. I just can't trust them with an egg sandwich ever again; three strikes and you're out. read more

The service was excellent. I went to the store at 2:00 P.M., not realizing that they closed at 2:00 P.M., the girl who was locking up asked what I wanted and advised they were closed. She let me in anyways, and allowed me to order the bagels that were left. She was pleasant and she answered the questions that I had regarding the dog bagels, which the dogs loved. Finally. Einstein Bagels is our area! Went opening weekend. Place was insane. Staff was very friendly but extremely busy. The standby line stretched out the door. Entrance lobby is really small and gets crowded quickly. My advice is to order ahead of time via the mobile app. There's shelving when you walk in. Look for your name on receipts attached to bags. Once you find your bad grab it and go. Super easy. Now, the bagels. I'm willing to forgive some initial issues and, like I said, the place was bananas when I visited. I believe the bakers were rushing the cook process. The bagels were undercooked. Like, raw in the middle. Also, they skimped on the cream cheese- cmon! One of our bagels was ordered as double toasted and that was missed. No garlic bagels either, bummer. Our family loves Einstein so we'll definitely be back. I just hope we see improvements. read more

Today ordered a sandwich from Einstein and as Every time this location has let me down.. why are these so cold ALL THE TIME ?? I literally sat right outside the business and ate it as soon as it was delivered to me.. there was no time for it to get cold. The cheese is never melted it's like a cold price of cheese with cold egg n meat it's truly disgusting. We've been here on several occasions now in the last few months and I do not understand how their ratings aren't higher. Absolutely amazing fresh tasting food whenever we've gone. We do usually get one or 2 of their signature sandwiches or the burritos and they're always so good so I can't comment on how the bagels are on their own but we've always enjoyed our food from here. Never had an issue with service and their restaurant always looks very clean. read more

I really want to give them a 5 star review, as we have been waiting for one to open in QC for a while. So 5 stars for getting here and having a great customer service experience. One Star deduction for: smaller variety of bagels than typical location, no seating area and most bagels in our dozen were either overcooked or didn't follow recipe (were hard outside and inside). I assume there is a learning curve and will be back again to see if they corrected the issue. read more

The store gets stars as they didn't have enough bagels and let's see it's called Einstein Brothers bagels so that was a little disappointing. The store itself seem to be a little disheveled, but I was greeted right away, and the young woman had a big smile and great customer service. Bagels were delicious. Inside is more of a to go type of Einsteins. People weren't all that friendly but weren't rude either I didn't realize wasn't a normal Einstein so no fountain drinks or place to sit. read more

This review is for the Einstein bagel in Queen Creek. I came to this location when they first opened. I had a horrible experience in the bagels world. Lousy the staff was in attentive, but I will tell you they had deleted my review! Apparently they didn't like the truth, and they erased my review, which I think is horrible thing to do people really reviews so you can learn by them, but apparently you just delete peoples honest opinions! Shame on you for doing that! That just ensures that I will never ever come back to your location and give you my business. read more

Went there this morning @ 630 and they were out of onion and asiago cheese bagels. Wouldn't be so upset, but they only opened @ 600. You would think that they would bake additional bagels of their most popular selections. I went this past Saturday and had the same experience. Now mind you it was @ 900, so it is somewhat understandable, but to not have any 30 minutes after opening??? Now if they offered some of their gourmet bagels to make up for their (or manager/head baker) short comings, then maybe.....Very, very very disappointing. read more
