Stopped in for the first time and let me just say this was the best experience I've had that any food establishment in a long time. The food was phenomenal and the staff was amazing! Wow!!! First time in here and the owners were so nice. I was given the breakdown of the menu when I mentioned it was my first time in and told about the rewards program. I love supporting local especially when the food is awesome and customer service is amazing! I got the turkey club on Asiago bagel. The sandwich was delicious, fresh, and loaded with great quality ingredients! Stopped by Arizona Bagels and Bialys for a quick breakfast bite. The friendly service made ordering easy and relaxed. We loved the casual atmosphere -- it made us feel right at home. I had the Nova, which comes with smoked salmon, capers, onions, tomatoes, and cream cheese. I chose a jalapeño bagel -- very good! My wife had the egg and sausage on a Bialy and she really enjoyed hers too. We sat outside on the small patio. Funny moment: the owner accidentally bumped our table with his dolly -- not a big deal at all--but a moment later, he brought us a giant cookie as a kind gesture. That's customer service at its best. Just recently visited New York where I was introduced to some mouth-watering bagels. I decided to try to find a good local bagel shop and this place definitely hits the spot. This morning I was craving a good bagel with cream cheese. Found this place close by on my way home. Not too busy when I showed up. Plenty of parking. Nice staff. I ordered an Everything Bagel, western style egg/sausage, pepper jack cheese with jalapeno cream cheese. Wow! Delicious. The staff asked if I wanted full of half the cream cheese. I opted for the half and glad I did because it was just right. Every bite was crispy from the bagel and savory with everything else. This might be my favorite one so far! Not much has changed since last visit. Ths produce on my Turkey Club was in miserable condition with wet amd mushy tomatoes, old onions and wilting lettuce. Napkins and utensils were not included and neither was the bag of chips or a pickle. Sad place. read more

A fun fact about me is that I lived in Queens, NY, for a huge chunk of my life. It's always wonderful meeting fellow NYers and just connecting about home. Walking in here was a breath of fresh air. There's something about East Coast hospitality that some people just don't get - I love it. That's what you get here and with it, some pretty darn good bagels! This spot has been on my radar since I bought some items at Goodwill last year. Church service ended early enough for us, and it wasn't so hot out that we could enjoy our morning. I ordered the NOVA (their lox) on an egg bagel, my husband got a sausage egg and cheese, and a bialey with cinnamon sugar cream cheese. These were big boys, and I'm still full hours later. I will start by saying the guy at the counter was great. Very friendly, and welcoming. I went in to get a breakfast sandwich for my 3 year old who hates egg, but loves cream cheese. Ordered a plain bagel, cream cheese, ham and cheese . The food itself was good, but a $13.00 breakfast bagel is wild to me. It literally had ONE piece of ham, ONE piece of cheese. My sister and I NEEDED bagels and after trying to find Chompie's and finding out it was closed, this was the closest place. I think that was divine intervention because this was DELICIOUS. I think I found my new favorite bagel spot and quick bite to eat for breakfast or for lunch after a round of golf! First, the Everything Bagel I had, in itself, was very good. It was a decent size, crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, and for me, there was a good amount of seasoning (not completely covered or too salty). I liked how many options there were for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and how easy it was to build-your-own, as there are other bagel spots in the valley where you are confined to limited menu options. I'm not a huge cream cheese fan but I added the jalapeño flavored one to my sandwich and it was delicious! However, I'm glad I did only a half order of cream cheese because it was still lathered on there. All the staff were very friendly and our order turn around was quick, barely 5 minutes. I can't wait to come back to try a bialy or to get a sandwich with deli meat for lunch, since the other ones they were making looked really good! read more

The BEST Lox bagel I have ever had in Arizona. Was stuck in the East Valley trying to get back to Phoenix. Was super hungry and looked for breakfast places this place is highly rated on yelp so I decided to give it a try. Wonderful owner wonderful staff his kids work there.
