I love Bagel Stop but the cross contamination can be really, really bad at times. I ordered for delivery a toasted apple cinnamon bagel with honey butter and got a perfectly toasted apple cinnamon bagel with honey butter but it also came with lots of garlic and onion. This degree of cross contamination doesn't happen every time but it happens often enough to drive me crazy. Bagel Stop would really benefit from having a sweet only toaster and a savory only toaster. My family also loves their burritos and bagel sandwiches. This place is seriously good but watch the cross contamination between sweet and savory. I rarely do this and have no complaints about their food. I also know almost everything is made by hand so it takes a while so I forgive them for it sometimes taking a while to get your order. This morning I went in to get some bagels and a breakfast sandwich For my family and waited about the normal length of time for them to make my order. Then I got home and realized they hadn't included the breakfast sandwich, so I went back down expecting to just pick up the sandwich that was made sitting on the counter, but apparently it never even got made so had to wait again for another order that I had already placed and never received so much as a sorry for your inconvenience. This place is so freaking good. My husband and I just moved here from Washington and it's now our go-to breakfast spot! For everyone complaining about prices, go to Dunkin' Donuts for mediocre cheap food if you don't want to pay for this delicious food, don't complain on here about it, they can't help that the price of food has gone because of inflation. It literally says on their menu to check with the cashier about the pricing because it recently changed. Coming from Washington, this is a fair price for such a delicious and big breakfast! And yes it takes a little longer to get your food, but they have this sign up and if you've gotten food here before, you know you'll be waiting a bit for it since it's so fresh, it's not a shocker. The staff, works extremely hard together and are unbelievably kind even when they have a line of people in the store & 10 cars deep in the drive-thru (YES, drive-thru, so amazing). Very Covid compliant-- mask required and no seating inside but, front patio with some tables. Their bagels are out of this world, SO BIG, covered in ALL the amazing toppings and the perfect amount of fluff/chew. I picked up a dozen for a small breakfast with family-- they were all pleased with the the bagels (and housemade cream cheeses). I seriously don't understand these bad reviews?!! My experience here is always a good one. They have a drive thru or you can walk in and eat. The employees are friendly. They have a large assortment of bagels(you come after 10am it might be limited). The bagels always taste fresh. Service is fast enough. Place is cleaned and organized. I've been here a few times, each time the bagels have been terrible. If you have the word 'bagel' in your name, they better be darn good. These are mediocre at best. They're usually hard and seem to be from the prior day as there is no way they could have been baked that day. Their customer service is also terrible. I came for lunch and I can't believe it took me this long! I got the BLT sandwich to go and also grabbed a bag of day olds. The choice of bagels on a Tuesday at quarter to 1 were slim, but that's okay as they are only open until 2. The sandwich was everything I wanted. Warm, very large, well proportioned filling. There was little Mayo on it which I was thrilled by. I got my sandwich on the mountain man bagel, which is like another brand's everything bagel. Except this one doesn't loose all of its seeded toppings to your lap! It covered the whole bagel so every bite was the same. It was slightly sweet and crunchy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. They chatted me a bit and it took less than five minutes for everything. There were four other people i saw there too! Ok, came back to edit this quick because the jalapeño bagel is woah! Spicy! Seriously! A little sweet in the dough still, but with cream cheese it is wow. Staff is accommodating, however the last 4 times I have gone I have had to get them to remake my bagel after specifically telling them I am totally dairy free please no butter or cheese. Great service and food with local flavor! Don't expect a NY bagel (take it from a New Yorker here). More of a bakery style bagel, but WAY better than the chains or grocery store. We got a honey wheat bagel, delicious with a sweet wheat favor, and a Colorado, which is basically an everything bagel with great texture and taste. They had some yummy looking lunch sandwiches as well as a great breakfast sandwich assortment. My SF vanilla latte was fantastic and had some nice coffee/caramel notes. I'd stop here for morning coffee over Starbucks or Dutch Bros any day of the week. The inside is a cute local space to hang out--very homey with a nice outdoor space too. They also offer drive-through if you're in a hurry. Servers were super friendly too. The wait was minimal, and I was greeted right when I came in and told she'd be right with me (and she was--she was finishing up a drive-through order and then got right to me). Overall, I'm coming back whenever I'm in the area, and tats part of my test for 5 stars. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru with no one on line- Ordered a scramble- paid $17 for said scramble and sat there for 20mins at the window and ended up having to leave because I was late for work- a number of cars were behind me and they either pulled off or walked inside for their orders- really wish there was some actual communication as to why it was taking so long instead of just sitting there. This is an incredible breakfast option in Parker. Their breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious largely due to how tasty and fresh their bagels are. The people who work there are always very friendly and helpful. I would say that if you are going on a weekend I would recommend ordering to go as it is usually very crowded and can take a little while. Don't get the breakfast burritos! Quite possibly the worst I've had. I ordered a bacon, egg, hashbrown, and cheese. Half of the burrito didn't have any bacon at all. We walked in to BSC with high hopes. One of our favorite restaurants near our old place was a bagel shop, so we hoped this would become our new favorite. Instead, we had literally one of the most appalling service experiences I've had in a long time. For a second, I thought I was on a hidden camera show. We walked in at 12:30 on a Sunday, an hour and half before they closed. The girl at the cash register, who initially couldn't be bothered to lift her head, said "We only have one apple cinnamon (bagel). GET THE DRIVE THRU!!" We asked if she meant bagels and how they could run out of literally everything else, which I'd assume is their speciality based on the restaurant name, and she said, "Because it was crazy. I want to go home, and my feet hurt" as she punched holes in a loyalty card for no reason. No alternatives were offered. No apology. No smiles. I worked in a lot of places like this growing up, and I would never, ever let this fly with any of my coworkers (and I started working at 12 years old!). The Bagel Stop Cafe needs to stop hiring people like this. read more

The Egg and cheese sandwich had no flavor (even with the Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel) and the coffee was fine. I would even say if there had been salt on the sandwich at least it would have some flavor. It took forever to get our pick up order. It was supposed to be ready at 9:47 and it was not handed to us till 10:15. We tried multiple times to ask for help and ask where our order was but no one would help and when someone finally looked it was sitting in the back so who knows how long it was actually ready for. I usually have good service with bagel stop Café... Today I ordered some food through their online service and I got there a little bit early and the person said that they're still working on it. I literally sat in the store for 20 minutes when I finally got up and said, can you please check on that order... The person who knew I was waiting for the food, went and grabbed it underneath the pile of other orders in the corner... I literally am eating cold food because of that pathetic employee. Here's an idea... When you are finished with an order, call out a name so your patrons aren't sitting in your store for 20 minutes while their food is getting cold.
