Not exaggerating, this establishment has gotten my order wrong every single time in the 4 times we've purchased food--either in person or as a call ahead pickup. The food itself is very delicious. I simply won't support the company who cannot choose to value a customer enough to make the food we order safely and give us the correct items. That is a dangerous practice if there were to be any food allergies or aversions for which to honor. We have been going to Bagel Stop for years, and have always loved their food. Today we went through the drive-thru and ordered a Colorado Breakfast Burrito and a California Croissant sandwich with egg. The menu at the drive-thru states that the burrito is $8.95 and the croissant sandwich was $7.95. We have ordered these items many times and there is usually a $3 extra charge for the egg. When we got up to the window we were told our total was $27.53!!! We asked how the 2 items could cost that much and were told that the prices have gone up about $4 each, and in addition they are now charging extra for the croissant (even though it's a croissant sandwich that we are ordering!)! When we told them the prices on the board at the drive thru don't reflect any of the price changes, the clerk just said, oh yeah, that needs to be changed. Unbelievable! I understand that prices have gone up, but to charge that much extra and not post it on the menu..? I know we could've made the choice to not pay and drive away, but we do love their food and I was really looking forward to it. It was as good as always, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, but absolutely not worth the high price without any notice! They have lost very good customers, and we will be looking for a new breakfast and bagel place. So disappointing. read more

I met a friend for brunch here and it is AMAZING! All of their bagels are baked fresh daily and they are huge! I ordered the cheese, egg, and bacon sandwich on a Swiss bagel and it did not disappoint. I was able to eat half for brunch and then save the other half for later. I also ordered a vanilla latte, it was delicious as well! The service was great, the woman who took my order was very helpful in suggesting their most popular flavors. I would suggest going earlier in the day because by 10 am most of their flavors were sold out. The waitress did say that you can call ahead to have them set aside a flavor for you! I'm a bit surprised that this place only has 3 stars as I have nothing but a positive review towards it. My family doctor's office is one block north of this cafe so after my blood work where I was fasting until past 9:30am, I was hungry and really to eat. I had to thank my hunger as it found this place for me; this is by no means an exaggerated statement to say the least. Due to COVID-19, they only have outdoor seating and take out. But upon placing my order at the make-shift register at the main entrance, I got to peak in to see what the inside looked like. It's definitely cute and quaint. The menu is huge where you get to pick a simple plain bagel with plain cream cheese or a full breakfast plate. I wanted something filling and yet I definitely wasn't there for a full-blown meal so I got me a tomato basil bagel with lox cream cheese. And this thing DID NOT disappoint me. First of all, the bagel is huge, thick and soft. Second of all, they are generous about putting more than enough cream cheese so I could actually taste the lox. I don't think I had ever been to a bagel place where they were this generous about portion/size until today. The staff were very friendly and gave me above and beyond service. Eh - I have tried coming back here and giving Bagel Stop another try but I am unimpressed. The bagels are so different than any other bagels I've had before. They make them so big and so thick that it's hard to eat. When I go for a bagel, I enjoy just a toasted bagel that's easy to eat and enjoyable. I also think they're pricey for their bagels, the breakfast burritos are cheaper than the bagels. I also have tried the Bagel Stop's coffee and do not recommend it. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was just terrible. The shop is cute inside, I like the graphic design on the menu and the walls. They do run out of bagels fairly quickly on the weekends so I suggest going before the crowds. There is a decent amount of seating and also a small patio area. The Bagel Stop has a drive thru also. I really want to see this business succeed because I love supporting local, small businesses but I just can't seem to find anything I like here. read more

Great little place off of Parker road. Drive through line was long so we placed an online order which was easy and quick. Service was friendly and food was yummy too. Portions are huge which is hard to come by for these prices. We got the California Breakfast which was amazing and a sandwich on a jalapeño bagel which wasn't the best-- it could use more spice and flavor so it ended up being a bit too doughy but that's just preference. The food is decent, so it's unfortunate the service is so bad. I ordered online for curbside because I just had surgery and can't walk without assistance. Called when I got there and the lady said she would grab my order and bring it out. After 10 minutes no one had come out yet. So I finally spend all the time to strap on my walking contraption to hobble in there, and my order is just sitting on the shelf. It was a good price for the size as well. I ordered a medium and that was more than enough for me. I also ordered a Colorado breakfast burrito (which is huge, by the way); I wouldn't call it "disappointing" but it wasn't anything to write home about.
