This is my second time personally visiting the location and the theme is the same. Slow customer service. It wasn't necessarily a busy time and there were only three customers in the store yet an everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese took almost 15 minutes. Prices were reasonable but the everything bagel was more like a barely everything bagel. The sandwich was tasty but the bagel was very chewy and doughy. There was zero crisp to it and the top was the same pale color as the bottom. They had a slow but steady flow customers while I was in the shopping center but I likely won't return. This isn't a bad place but it was not worth going back to with so many other bagel locations around. read more

This is my third and final chance for this place. I was really hoping to have a good experience there cause it is one of the few bagel stores that have tables to sit at after you order. Went yesterday ordered two hot heroes ... both of them ice cold I asked for cranberries on one I open the sandwich up. They were literally eight little cranberries at the end of the sandwich. Half of the order was missing. I had to get up and keep asking the girls behind the counter to who I think might not understand English very well because every time I asked for what was missing, I had to repeat myself three times I can't understand. Rude staff overpriced just not a good experience I will eat elsewhere i'm surprised me, but the place took such a drastic downturn. The former managers were great. The former help was grave, but I went in today. And it was like there was a light switch that somebody turned off and the guy in charge was a rude arrogant pompous. Ordered online for pick-up and order wasn't ready when I arrived, even though confirmed via email that order was received. Gave therm the order # and they couldn't find anything. Maybe because I selected to pay in cash since they charge a $3 delivery fee on $15+ orders & 3% credit card processing fee. They didn't charge me due to the confusion (this the 2 instead of 1 stars) - but if I had ordered for my colleagues and had multiple items, that mishap could've been very inconvenient and time consuming. Based on my first experience & their prices and kinks they still haven't worked out, unsure that they're going to last. Very disappointed. read more

Place is clean, service slow and I question the prices- I bought a fruit cup, large coffee, a sport water beverage, a croissant and a local community newspaper ($1.00). There was one person in front of me, waiting for a sandwich to be cooked in the back. I waited for a plain croissant which was brought from the back instead of out of the case, which was ice cold and hard as a rock. They charged me $3.34 for a plain bagel (that I did not order or receive) AND a croissant ($1.99). Is that their way of charging me for the one dollar paper? To my knowledge, you don't charge tax on newspapers. On top of that, they added a 3% "service charge" on my order PLUS tax on top of that.... And asked for an additional tip. No thanks. Pros: Nice clean place with plenty of seating, but that's where it ends. Skimpy breakfast sandwiches and overpriced. If I am going to spend $12+ on and egg white and turkey sandwich, I expect there to be more than one slice of turkey on it. Won't be back. read more

I am glad to see a bagel shop open in this location after being shuttered for a few years. Inside is spacious and clean. I went during the first few weeks it was opened, so I do not know if anything has since changed. The good news is, I had a coupon. The bad news..,the bagels weren't anything special. I've tried this place a few times now and had issues every time. First, was a few months ago when we waited over half an hour for an order of two sandwiches while the young person behind the counter chatted with and served his friends ahead of people on line. Also, out of the sides that it was said to include. The other times I've ordered bagels, call-ahead order and very early AM. On the upside, the orders were ready when we arrived. Big downside was half our order was wrong both times. Yesterday's was probably the last attempt. Ordered a whole wheat bagel with fried eggs, nothing else (due to dietary restrictions) and got everything bagel with scrambled and a ton of American cheese. My order has never been right when ordering online. I've ordered a bacon egg and cheese and payed for added sausage, got only sausage. Ordered a turkey sandwich that's says it comes with lettuce and tomato was only turkey. I went back in to ask for lettuce and they put a singular piece of lettuce on. Ordered the route 112 hero that's suppose to be hot roast beef, bacon, gravy etc. but it came with cold turkey and cold slaw not at all what I ordered. read more
