This place is good if you are craving shaved ice but want to pay the price! I always get the snicker doodle Bahama Roma style (adds ice cream on the bottom) it is so good!! Also I have had their smoothies and they are pretty good!! If you are going to use the drive thru I would recommend saying you want it to go so they will put a lid on it so the ice doesn't get all over the place. Also great environment to chill with friends at, they have board games as well. read more

The Bahama Rama Mama is delicious and refreshing but the Customer Service is terrible! I visited the location on Warner/Cooper twice this week and the kids behind the counter were more concerned with talking to each other and laughing than serving their customers. I'll go out of my way to visit a different location to avoid waiting 15 minutes for a shaved ice when the place is empty. I'm highly disappointed and recommend management find better help. After 2 bad visits, I'll take my business to a different location but the shaved ice is amazing so I'm not giving it up all together. read more

I have been here several times, always for the shaved ice. Good customer service. Convenient drive-thru. They have tons of flavors and toppings...my niece got sour patch topped with chili powder. A bit pricey for ice with syrup, but always a hit. read more

While the product was good, and very close to the real deal, the owner of this place, Jeff, allows his employees to hand out "sno" balls to customers and other employees to literally throw them at anyone they want. I went here with my wife and 2 year old daughter, and had to stand outside waiting for my order, for fear of my child getting slammed in the face with a ball of ice. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional way to operate such a business. read more

The cooper location is great! I went to the higley location and definitely got over charged. I got a baby, small and regular and it was over $15 not sure if it's because they just opened or not, but the service definitely isn't up to par like the cooper location. read more

I came in with my two boys and I ordered their snow comes and I ordered a coffe frozen drink I believe it was called a blonde. Well a huge family came in after us about a family of 6 they ordered and half oh them received their snow cones before us. We waited a good 15 minutes then my boys got their cones and I was left out. Then she finally made it and I don't know if it was just sitting there but it was so watered down....if you go to is location use the drive thru you won't have to wait forever. read more

My favorite shaved ice place and location! The staff is very friendly and so helpful. I come in with friends and also my family, they have adorable board games and cute activities if you do choose to come with the fam! But let's get to the point the shaved ice is to die for its so smooth and actually tasty unlike most shaved ice places with there "chunky ice rock" like shaved ice! I recommend a Watermelon, Apple, and Blue raspberry without creme it's the best combo in my opinion! read more

I had posted a previous review of this location having some issues with the amount of flavor on the snow and being a little lackadaisical with the orders, however after coming back the last few times, they seem to have ironed out any issues. The last couple times we've gone, the snow has been saturated as it should be (or what it was in the past) and they have confirmed the order as they hand it to us-nice to confirm you're getting what you ordered. They are always friendly and quick to take your order. Generous with the punch cards and accepting coupons, big fan and fun to take out of town guests as well. read more

The worst experience ever! Took us 30 minutes to get our order and we were ordering inside! The owner is making people take shots of shaved ice and acting like a little kid. He should get his high school students in check and get the orders correct. Seems like more of a after school hangout than a business. read more

Went here for the first time today and it was soooo good! They let me try a few sample flavors because they have sooo many and i couldn't decide. I ended up getting a large shave ice, half strawberry cheesecake, half strawberry colada with cream added. I got it super fast and it came with a cute paper umbrella and a spoon that changes color. It tasted amaazing! The flavor and cream was evenly distributed through the whole thing and it was just delicious! The location is very clean and a fun environment too. read more

My kids and I are addicted to bahama bucks. We went today and my son had had a berry smoothie no whip, he said it was goooood. My daughter had birthday cake for the first time I thought it was good she was ok with it. I think she likes the look of it the best. I had banana colada toasted coconut with cream and it was so delicious. I also had a bogo coupon on my phone and used that also. They even offered to let me use my free one that a got for completing my punch card in that order, but I saved that for a rainy day. Overall it was a great trip and we will be back. Oh I did ask for another punch card since I had another punch coming but he forgot to give me that, but no biggie. We will definitely be back I think next time on our list is princess and pickle but we are a little scared for pickle so maybe we can get a sample first. read more

I used to LOVE coming here, however the last several times have been TERRIBLE!! I usually go to the location off signal butte but they NEVER put enough syrup and there is always ice chunks. this last time I decided to go to the location off Cooper, paid almost 30 dollars for 60 snowballs, went to the park and told the group of people I was with how excited I was only to open to the chest and find it 1/2 full of shaved ice, and not a single snow ball. 30 dollars for 60 snowballs when we didn't even get one made makes me never want to come back to any location. you should advertise a chest of snow, not snow balls if you don't make them there. this was the 3rd location that has beyond disappointed me, I will not be back. read more

I went to this location the other day and was amazed! I usually go to the Mesa location but this location is so much cleaner and also has better customer service, by far! My whole family's shaved ice had the PERFECT amount of flavor. They could not have made it any better. At first I was uncertain on what flavors that I should get but the cashier was super helpful and helped me narrow it down. I got a small strawberry colada with the cream and the ice cream in middle. I was also very pleased with how quickly my family and I received our products. Good job guys! Needless to say, this will be the location I go to from now on!!! read more
