A regular size would have cost me $5.50 but with the foam and the large size being extra and the tax, it was $7.09 but it was really good and I hadn't had a Vietnamese coffee and ages so I wasn't sorry. It didn't take very long for them to make it and then I headed back down to Wholly Grill for my dinner.

I visited this location last week (on 7/1) and was absolutely blown away. A young man named Chase, one of their many fine employees, was especially helpful. After assisting me and answering my questions with the utmost clarity and courtesy, he offered to include cream on my shaved ice free of charge. I returned the following day with my children, who loved their shaved ice. During a rowdy family game of Connect 4, a button on my shirt came loose. Not only did Chase take notice of this and apologize for the inconvenience, he also insisted on resewing the button and did a fantastic job. Thirty minutes after the button incident, during his break, he returned to our table and helped me refinance my mortgage to a much more manageable rate. (2.79%) In only two visits to the Bahama Bucks in Gilbert, Chase has singlehandedly affected my life in the most positive way imaginable. Now only if he could convince me to stop cheating on my wife! I am constantly getting bad customer service when I go to this location. The Mesa one never does me wrong but every time I get to the drive thru window at the Gilbert location, there just another teenager giving me attitude. Today I had the wonderful experience of having my card chucked back at me after she ran it. She then proceeded to be rude and walked away from me when I asked for another straw. Thank you Gilbert location; you sure made me feel special today. Such an amazing product but such horrible service. I guess that's what happens when you hire the privileged youth of America these days. I'll just have to drive 20 miles to the Mesa location because I'll never go back after this last straw that broke the camels back. No pun intended. read more

Bahama Buck's has been my go to shaved ice place in the valley for over 10 years. However, the Bahama Bucks on Cooper and Warner is the worst from customer service to quality. Over the last 6 months each and every time we go we get a shaved ice that's more than half white and always a wet mess in the cup with no napkins to clean the cup with. I have to ask the staff for a napkin every-time and they seem bothered by my request. I don't like posting negative reviews but after continued bad service something has to change. We will refrain from going to this particular Bahama Bucks. read more

My family and I literally go here Almost every single night. And while we love it and regardless if they fuck up EVERY SINGLE ORDER it still tastes good. But seriously, no matter what you get they honestly manage to fuck something up every single order. The flavors are never right, they mix up sour with regular, and they don't ever combine the right flavors we ask for. There is just no better place to go if you need to settle down and just relax. Went with my son after a round of mini golf at Imagine. It was mid-afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. We walked in and ordered and sat on the patio. He loved his cotton candy Bahama Rama mama! This location sucked. The ice was melting and the middle didn't have any syrup in it and was just ice. Went back to have them fix it to which the girl replied they couldn't do anything about the ice. I told her to give me a new one which turned out to be the same. On top of it they used a broken cup to teach me a lesson I guess. $4 for a crap product. Will not be returning. read more

Wait times! Yuck - Great product, but when it comes down to it, this location has higher prices (by like 10-20%, longer waits (like 40 minutes) and not as good service as other locations. The place is really new and big - but I will stick to the Mesa location or the Power rd location. read more

While the drink I received looked red with lemons in it and an umbrella on top (and was huge!), I was disappointed not to see any strawberries in it like in the photos of it. I would certainly still consider getting a lemonade from them again, though I was very excited about "pureed strawberries infused with lemons." The story of Cuties Lemonade & More is that of an everyday family that continually gives to the community and doesn't want to stop. The company is a food truck and trailer that serves a variety of REAL fruit-flavored lemonades across Phoenix.
