Yay for Jeremiah's! Jeremiah's offers the standard ice cream, shakes, and you can order unique items featuring sweets with the ice cream. But what we went for and enjoyed was the Italian ice! If you haven't had Italian ice I would describe it as a slushy on steroids! They offer numerous flavors and i usually get the item that combined the soft serve ice cream with the Italian Ice. Cherry and lemonade is my go tos. The family size runs about 12 and there is plenty! TIP-- they are usually busy order online if possible. Staff is super helpful with making choices. The weather is warming up and it felt like it was the right time to use our mini-tad pole vouchers the kids received for their summer reading. We have never been here before. There were a few options that the kids were trying to work through to figure out what they wanted to order. Without even asking our server jumped in and gave a few options and a sample. Right away Hadley knew what she wanted. The kids loved both of their Italian Ice. I thought it was pretty cool all the options you can choose from. On our most recent visit we tried the Toffee Bar specialty, which I'd recommend to anyone who of course loves toffee or Heath. No parking meter or parking structures. Tips: Eat the Italian ice treat at the store otherwise your Italian ice will start to melt quickly in the hot Arizona weather. Ask for the flavor you like best last or make sure to specify which flavor on bottom. I enjoy the ice cream with the Italian ice even though I never thought I would. You can get three flavors in your cup. You can also get less flavors if you love one a lot. Do not put the cookie batter and horchata next to each other. The horchata flavor is too light. I wonder if the piña colada has pineapple pieces in it. I wonder how salty the sea salted caramel IS. I wonder how tart the lemon flavor is. The strawberry lemon IS probably less tart. I wonder how the orange smash tastes like. Could taste like fresh orange juice or could taste like an orange popsicle or could taste like an orange Fanta. I wonder if the root beer flavor tastes strong or weak. Bahama freeze seems like an interesting mixture. I wonder how it tastes. I wonder how sour the green apple is. I wonder how different the regular cherry flavor is from the black cherry. They didn't have these flavors when I went: Banana, black raspberry, blueberry, key west tropical, passion fruit, peach, pumpkin pie, red raspberry, watermelon. Pumpkin pie is probably seasonal. My wife and I, love this place. The treats for us are always exceptional and the staff which are usually some young adults are always professional and friendly. This place is definitely run with extreme care in the product. We have to drive a bit but actually will come here after going to our dentists over there or just getting a nice refreshing treat for ourselves. There weren't too many people inside Jeremiah's Italian Ice. It was our first time here since we were visiting SanTan from Las Vegas. The team members were quite helpful reviewing the menu! Jeremiah's Italian Ice also provides free samples to try out their different flavors. We ended up trying the birthday cake and vanilla ice cream as well as the caramel Italian Ice with Vanilla ice cream. Both flavors were super yummy! I ended up getting a medium ice cream swirl, vanilla and chocolate. My partner selected the Birthday cake Italian ice. The medium ice cream swirl was delicious! My partner enjoyed the Birthday cake Italian Ice. It tasted just like ice cream. It was very difficult to notice the difference. The ambiance of the dessert shop is lively! The staff here is so so nice, and I really appreciate that. My husband and I started coming here about 2 months ago. We have been in 4 times and the first time we went in we got exactly what we ordered and it was wonderful. The other 3 times I have gone in and ordered to go, my order has been incorrect every single time. This last time I'm not even sure we got our order, it had to be someone else's but I didn't look in the bag until I got home because I thought for sure it was my order like they said. I order the same thing when I go, half watermelon/half pina colada. This last time I got home with my order and had half bubble gum and vanilla ice cream. I am lactose intolerant so that was unfortunate because I couldn't eat the treat, but I just felt disappointed so I did not drive back to get my order fixed. After trying a few flavors, ended up going with the peanut butter cup. It is a combination of chocolate ice cream and peanut nutty Italian ice with many Hershey kisses in it. Since the summer of 1996 founder Jermey Litwack has created the perfect technique for combining fresh fruit, fruit puree, filtered water and sugar into a cold, refreshing treat. Stopped in this week and it was my first time! I was a plus two and brought both of my boys. My youngest son absolutely loves this place and he's been many times. We arrived just before 9:00 PM and there was a line out the door! That's a great sign, that this is a popular place. Once we made our way to the counter to order we were assisted by a sweet staff member named Gwen. She was pleasant enough to give me a run down of the menu and how it all works. You can mix, match and blend any texture & flavor basically. The menu consists of refreshing Italian Ice (available in over 40 flavors), rich & creamy soft ice cream, and the Jeremiah's Gelati - the perfect layering of any flavored Italian Ice with soft ice cream. One of my guys and I got the Cookie Butter Crumble which is a layered dessert of cookie butter, gellati (cookie butter shaved ice and vanilla) then mixed throughout a crunchy biscoff which was delicious. My other son got the coconut gelati as that's his "go to" flavor. All desserts were so light and refreshing without the heaviness of an bulky dairy ice cream. We sat outside on their patio to enjoy our sweet treat and ended up meeting the franchise owner (Andy) who was hard at work cleaning tables. He was extremely pleasant, engaging & really showed his passion for his business. He has come from years of experience, has a great staff supporting him and they're ready to serve you! We really enjoyed our visit. Looking forward to going back & trying their Scoop Froggy Frog. It's suppose to be a decadent, creamy concept that's rich and chocolatey with a minty fresh twist! My son wanted a medium scoop froggy frog (mint chocolate chip) and chocolate ice cream and my mom ordered cookie batter and vanilla with cookie crumbles. I loved my black cherry. It wasn't overly sweet and didn't give me any weird after tastes. The ice cream was soooooo smooth and delicious. My mom ate hers so quick so I think that answers if she liked hers or not. Wow. What an incredible little spot in Gilbert I can't believe i've never heard of! I came in late on Sunday night and yet I was happily accommodated by a friendly staff. The employees Chandler and Samayiah were very helpful and friendly, Chandler making my dish.
