When I went to the register to order my snow cones. I tried changing my order as the black girl was taking my order. When I told her I wanted to change it, she started acting bratty and annoying and kept saying we couldn't do that even though I hadn't payed yet. She would've started yelling at me, if it wasn't for one of her coworkers who resolved the issue in just a few seconds. Also, she and her coworkers keep going into the back to eat the food they ordered. They didn't even try to hide it, they were just laughing and eating while there was a line around the building. This store is in a prime location and I know it's a neighborhood favorite. The smoothies and blended drinks were all delicious! We got several. The staff is all friendly and the service was great. One major thing that contributed to my review though, is the patio is in need of serious attention. The concrete, table and chairs need a good power washing from all the spilled snow cones. There is absolutely no shade in afternoon and we were melting along with our drinks. I even put into Ai a quick (and cheap) fix the owner could do today! And I added a picture here. We've tried this place a few times in the 8 years we've lived here. When we arrived today the same thing as previous, nearly no one here and been waiting over 20 minutes and still not served. We are big fans of Bahama Buck's, however I think this will be our last time coming to this location. I went to this location recently, and had the worst experience. I pulled up to the drive-thru with 3 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the window to order. Typically we go to the Bahama Bucks in Allen which is very well run. In contrast, this location is poorly managed. There was a long line at the drive through and I was the only one with my family in line so we can eat at the tables. For 10 mins, no one came to the window. There were 4 people inside just laughing and joking with each other not doing anything other than talking to each other. Update 3/15/17 4:15 pm Never, ever, ever coming back! I work at the elementary school across the street. I frequent this establishment because it's on the way home from work. I have the punch card and come in at least every other week even in the winter. I have never received service as horrible as I did tonight. This is a stand alone snowcone shop. They also make smoothies, lattes, and sodas. They are open year round. In the winter if the weather is freezing you get double punches on the punch card. Today I was the third car in the drive thru and there were two customers in line out front. Not a rush, but a steady flow of customers after school. It took 45 minutes for my son and I to get one smoothie and small rainbow snowcone. When I finally made it to the window I witnessed a brown haired teenager standing around. He was not making a thing. He literally was just standing there!!! Not taking money, not making snow cones....standing, doing nothing. Two teenage girls were milling around, their actions were odd one was putting cups on the syrup and then taking them back off then putting them back on.
