Fruteria Tropical is AMAZING!!! This shop is very clean and smells delicious and fresh as soon as you walk in! This is shop offers a variety of different tropical drinks and treats! I had stopped by for the first time and ordered the Tropicola and I can guarantee you that I was not disappointed!!! Great place to stop for a mid day snack! Their strawberries and cream is a must have. Their elote is another good one. Those two are our usual go-to's. My last time there I tried the cucumber and jicama mixed with peanuts. I know it sounds weird but it's so good! I love that this place falls on my drive home from work. Most ripest fruits!! First time here and I got a mangonada and it was sooo perfect!!! The price for it at $6 was well worth it!!! They even have complimentary candy. They were so nice but ofcourse mainly spanish speaking only. Downfall is that they only take cash, luckily I had $10 on me otherwise I would have gotten more. Will be back to try more. read more

Came here today based other Yelp reviews, and was pleasantly surprised, this is located in a small strip mall, next to other wonderful places, I felt like a kid in a candy store, just so many options, but for me the visit was about getting a real juice! So when I look at the menu, there are some juice options, small but ok for me, options are Cucumber, carrot, orange, celery, beets, very basic, and they make all kinds of smoothies, the attendant asked what kind I wanted, oor if I wanted it mixed with all the ingredients, I said yes and large about 16 to 20 ounce cup, as he went to the back of the room I wondered, maybe it's already made juice or something worst? But then I heard music to my ears, he was using a juicer o could hear, ah yes, that made me feel better. The juice waa delicious and VERY AFFORDABLE other places would have charged an arm and a leg for juice. I LOVE Mexican snacks. Everything on their menu looked so good! I ordered the mangonada, agua mineral preparada and the pepinos locos. The mangonada (frozen mango) was extremely sweet for my taste after one sip I threw it out. The agua mineral preparada was PERFECT! Tangy with just a hint of something sweet and sour! Best mangonada and fregonada in the area! Don't be fooled by other fruterias that use a margarita machine as their frozen mango drink! They make it fresh from the blender with fresh ingredients!! I normally get the fregonada because I like less mango in it. There is usually only one guy working when I go there in the afternoon, so it generally takes a few minutes if you're ordering more than one drink. It's so worth it but make sure you're not in a hurry! I haven't gotten anything else but I will soon. It's a hidden gem in Far East Plano. Great price too and big size!! read more

We are so disappointed with this place. We used to like it but haven't been back since we moved further. When we got there today, no one was out there at the front, the employees were laughing out loud in the kitchen. We finally got the attention and was ordering the food, they turned on the music and turned it to super loud, we had to speak so loud to make the order, and they switched to another cashier after we made the order, so we need to scream again. The employees were dancing the whole time. I am glad that they are happy, but our food don't taste nowhere close to what we had before. my elote was so watery in the bottom and doesn't taste fresh, and the arroz con leche tasted like it went bad. read more

Very busy place but it's worth the wait. There's is so many good things but I couldn't buy it all, I tried the hulk and I thought I wouldn't like it but it's so good. I would recommend this place to my friends, I wish it was closer to home, I would buy treats almost every weekend. They are so creative with the drinks I wanna taste them all. I've only ever ordered delivery via Yelp but I have to say that the experience has been amazing. This place does really generous servings and the taste is always off the charts good. Their mangonada is my favorite along with the elites. If you haven't tried it you are missing out. And the delivery times, short short short! read more

This place is awesome and has a wide variety of things to choose from. I found this little "Mexican" shop on Yelp and decided to check it out. It was probably one of the best decisions ever made. The staff is always friendly, it's always a young girl with glasses. She's super sweet and always greets you with such an awesome attitude. Their items are GREAT.
