If you're wanting a consistent and pleasant experience this is not the place to go. We have visited this site more times than I care to admit each time being hopeful that this might be the time our order is correct and flavorful. Sadly, we have been sorely disappointed the majority of times. Our orders are the same every time: a large bahama rama mama with pina colada and strawberry colada flat top, and a large bahama rama mama strawberry colada flat top. Unfortunately each time we visit we either get: no bahama rama mama, not a flat top, and typically also the flavor syrup doesn't go down to the bottom and we have quite a bit of white ice left in there from the middle on down. I'm not quite sure what the issue is. Maybe too many hands on deck (though it is also quite a long wait time each time so that doesn't seem right), or high turnover of employees. Stopped to get shaved ice at 4:45 pm or so 11/19/23 with husband and two kiddos. A blonde teenage girl was standing at the window on her phone and rolled her eyes at customers/didn't help team. Delish. I've craved a cup daily since I first tried Bahama Buck's. I've been a loyal TC Shaved Ice fan for five years...and I still am, but I can now add BB to my list of Sugar Idols. The ice is soft and addictive. There are so many flavors to choose from - it is a mixologist's paradise. They also serve soda drinks, smoothies and coffee based concoctions. Bahama Rama Mama: 5 stars This is shaved ice with a scoop of Blue Bell ice-cream in the bottom. You choose your flavors. I don't know what it is about the homemade vanilla that they use, but boy does it murder the bucket in my bottom freezer. This ice-cream was so creamy that it almost angered me (crazy right?). My flavor combo was Toasted Coconut, Coconut Cream Pie and Mocha Java. Priced a little high at around $4.50 I think. Jamaican Punch: 4 stars Tropical Delite: 3.5 stars Cherry Red Raider: 4 stars Caribbean Soda: 5 stars Service is friendly and they are quick enough. Holy smokes - I get it's not a "fast food" place but it's a snow cone, how hard is it to make? I waited at least 20 minutes if not more in line before I decided to move on and go to the Bahama Buck's closer to my house (Allen) due to the lack of line movement.there were 8 cars in front of me and I hadn't moved much in the 20 minutes I was there. My biggest issue is that I'm waiting in the drive thru line with the cars not moving yet every single person who walked up and ordered outside (after I came) got their snow cones before I even had moved maybe two car lengths. Open year round and even offers extra "loyalty punches" if the temperature is near freezing or below. I don't know what kind of wizardry they use inside of their building, but every beverage that comes out of there is SO COLD. I actually have to request no ice in mine because otherwise they are so cold they hurt my teeth. This, of course, makes my husband deliriously happy because he has always said drinks are never cold enough. This is the first time he's been happy with the temperature! There are tons of flavors and sugar-free flavors that you can add to sodas, and then a ton of flavors for the snocones. My husband said its the best shaved ice he's ever had and that it's done the "right" way like hawaiian shaved ice should be. Being from Hawaii and California, I had certain expectations for shaved ice. The most important thing about shaved ice is not the syrups. It's the ice. The ice here is fine. That's when you know this place has good shaved ice. The syrups here aren't too sweet. Two combined together makes excellent shaved ice. They have pretty good service here. Where do I even begin so we went to Bahama Buck's on a Friday and I knew the line was gonna be long so I planned for the line to be long. it took him over an 40 mins to get to me and once my order was placed I got my order and they messed up three times their excuse was that they have a new guy when they're over 13 cars in a line and you keep seeing orders going back like I saw multiple orders being sent back not just mine and then to try and blame it on a new person. I get it I am a manager but I'm not gonna pay for him messing up three times you're supposed to adequately train your employees and then not have your cashier blame it all on him for messing up my order saying he's new and now we're training him when he's obviously messing up multiple times I'm not gonna pay for some thing that. I even specifically said three times I need them all flat tops because they always forget at this location and what do I get one that is not a flat top I asked for ice cream I repeated myself twice because I've had problems with this location and saw orders being handed back. I want vanilla ice cream at the bottom did I get it no as soon as I got it I checked because I knew they didn't put it in there because I know he didn't know what he was doing I asked for sour sauce y'all were out I understand he asked me if I wanted sour sand I said no.... of course he puts it on it so I waited for 45 minutes to get the wrong order on all of my drinks and in the end I still went home with one with sour stand that is not gonna be eaten. the manager I think her name was Tiffany she fixed it she did great. Now with the cashier and then the new guy that works they were awful the cashier was saying it's his fault and I said when there is a line of 12 cars and he's consistently messing up orders that much he needs to be pulled to the outside orders because people are waiting for 45 minutes to an hour to get a snowcone and you don't have time to mess up if that makes sense and then the cashier was really unprofessional for just flat out blaming it on "The New Guy, he hasn't been here long" when she could've just been like here we will fix it because when I manage that's what I do I fix the problem if one of my employees messes it up and then we talk about it later and we learn from it but now you mess up three times and still don't learn from it at this Bahama Buck's location I also want to note that I waited in line I got in the line at 4:45 I got my snowcone at 5:32.
