The food here is really good! It's fast casual healthy bowls, think Chipotle for healthy cuisine. I like that they have premade bowls in various flavors like Asian or Mediterranean. Yum Yum yummmmm! I had lunch here with my mom today and it was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. There were a lot of seats available in the seating area, booths, tables and high-tops. All were very clean. I ordered the regular bowl and got the sweet potato noodles, white rice, Brussels sprouts, guac as my protein, pickled red onions and I drowned my bowl in the creamy garlic herb sauce. The staff is so friendly, there's plenty of seating, and lastly great food options! I ordered a regular bowl which was jasmine rice, miso tofu, zucchini, and broccoli. I've been at plenty Bolay locations. They're great. Healthier options, food it's fresh and flavorful. Pro Tip: If you're very hungry or maybe not so much and want to share. Go with the large bowl. Double veggies, double protein and double sauces. Honestly it can feed two people. I usually get that with the extra $2.50. To avoid extra carbs, get the spinach or the kale instead of the rice or noodles. Once you have the flavor of the meats and sauces, it all comes together and it's just as flavorful! Enjoy! read more

You walk in, get in line and tell them what you want and they put it together right in front of you. I went with the Asian sweet potato noodles, roasted broccoli and mushrooms. With a small bowl you get one noodle/rice choice and two veggies. I chose spicy shrimp as my protein. Everything was fresh and deliscious! My spicy shrimp was juicy with a little kick. I loved the noodles and the fact that they were made from vegetables. I do not eat broccoli but was given a sample and loved it! Mushrooms are always a go-to for me and they were prepared perfectly. I tasted my friend's BBQ chicken with her meal and it was also delicious. Service was friendly and and they were patient with newbies. I loved reading all of the artwork, both positive and funny, throughout the restaurant. If you are looking for a healthy semi fast food choice give Bolay a try. This place is in a mid-size busy plaza, and parking is not an issue. From what I've seen, most of their customers order take out, so you should always find a free table inside. They also have a few tables outside, which we always prefer when the weather is not too hot. We used to come here before the pandemic when we wanted to eat out but still have something healthy and not too heavy. I really loved their food. We returned just a couple of months ago. They did some remodeling, which looks very good: the small place seem now a little bit bigger. However, the food was not the same I was used to. It seemed like they had less selection, and they didn't have the tuna, which was always available in the past. They no longer offer wine and beers as well: honestly not a big deal for the type of restaurant, but considering that their prices have slightly increased (like everywhere), I felt we paid much more for much less, including the quality, as I my bowl was not tasting as good as I remembered it.
