I came here for a birthday dinner celebration and it was a mistake. The food was awful. The salad bar was cold and it looked like the food had been sitting out untouched all day. I was too scared to eat the shrimp and some of the charcuterie meats. They just looked dry and unsafe to eat. The meats only come one way. There's no selection of different cooked meats like medium rare or medium. Either it was too raw or too well done. The meats were not edible. The meats tasted gamey and just not fresh. I didn't like how they seasoned the meat nor how it was cooked. The cheesy bread was so bad, usually I love those but this was just all fried cheese and no bread. The mashed potato tasted like a stick of butter with a head of garlic. So disappointing. I wanted to leave right away. No one came to our table for about 10 mins after we sat down and put our card up on green. Usually, the staff comes right away with meats. This was such a disappointment and I won't be back. Terra Gaucha is only 20 mins further and way way better food and service.

This place was pretty decent. It's a Brazilian style steakhouse, so the meats are brought out to you and you can decide what meats to eat. They had a lot of different steak options and even grilled octopus (this was my favorite). They also have a buffet style salad bar with soups, bread and fruits. The service was friendly and the restaurant can accommodate pretty large parties. It was overall an okay experience - some of the steak wasn't my favorite taste-wise.

Meat was either raw, or well done. Awful seasonings on the meat, it tasted very low quality as if purchased from the discount aisle of stores, extremely gamey too. The salad bar was very cold and depressing, few options that had clearly been left out the entire day. Ambience was rough, they had a violin player going the whole time with the music blaring through the speakers at max volume. Service was ok. Waiter came by a couple times to ask if we wanted anything but then it wouldn't come, or as mentioned before even if we requested "medium well" it would come rate. The "grilled" pineapple was simply covered in powdered cinnamon. The "fried" cheese wasn't fried. The best thing was the water.

Our first time to a Brazilian steakhouse and we were blown away! We went during lunch and didn't need to eat dinner. The meats were cooked incredibly. The culinary spread that they call a salad bar is very high end spread of fruit, vegetables, meats and cheeses. Service was great! Atmosphere is great. Will be back!

Had such a smooth night at Bahia. The service was great, the salad bar had a delicious variety. Out of the sides, the only one I didn't like were the cheese balls, but everything else was tasty. And the choices of meat were endless! I think everytime they came up to the table it was something different, and although some didn't hit the spot, I was still very satisfied.

This Brazilian meat BBQ place is newly available to local residents that is here. It have all you can eat Brazilian all you can eat or a la carte. This price includes the all you can eat salad bar the have fresh or cook veggies. The price is in the middle of the pack of all Brazilian BBQ. The reason they are 3 stars is the their meat selection for the lunch is limited and lack of selection. I do like the picanha and the grilled shrimp. Other than this two, they really do not have good choice. No chicken heart. Lamb chop is premium not included. One positive for the restaurant is their meat is fresh. I don't feel thirsty after eating which means less MSG.

We are not from the area. We saw the ad for Brazilian Churrasco Restaurant and saw how much they promoted lamb chops on the ad. Well turns out we waited for over 40min for the 1st run of lamb chops then second time 20min and the bald cranky Cuban gaucho brought out literally two pieces of lamb chops one me and one for my husband. The server was nice but everyone was slow and took forever for everything. Even the hostess walked us in and was walking with no purpose as if she had lead feet. They all seemed like they were lost and high. We paid a pretty penny to get this type of service. Not recommended.

Limited cuts of meat than Texas de Brazil. Taste is slightly better than TDB. Overall this is a more a home taste than the Chain Churrascaria.

I celebrated my birthday here last week during the dinner hours (arrived at 4pm). We had such a great time. My husband and I enjoyed the meats and salad bar, and my baby, mom, and vegan sister ate solely from the salad bar. The meats were very very well seasoned. We asked for our meats to be cooked medium. My favorites were the picanha, lamb chops and lamb cuts, the filets, the bacon wrapped meats!! Wow, just wow. Everything was delicious. And everything was served hot and fresh. We also ordered sides. Our absolute favorite were the caramelized plantains. We ordered a few baskets of those. And of course the Brazilian cheese balls were delicious, and a sauce was included with this and it was BOMB. The salad bar was delicious as well. A variety of salads, fruits, vegetables, and seafood. My mom and sister were satisfied off of this. My baby loved the plantains, sweet potatoes, fries, and the rice and beans. I also ordered a blue piña colada, so incredibly yummy! I got a slight little buzz from it, which was good for that occasion. But I recommend adding another shot if you want to feel the buzz better. Beautiful presentation of the drink though. The servers were very attentive and nice. They constantly checked in with us and made sure that we were happy. The space is beautiful! They have a mural and it was so cool to learn that one of the workers there painted that mural!!!! We were so intrigued and amazed by it. The overall ambiance is very relaxed, welcoming, and just a chill vibe. I would love to return when there is a live performance. Lastly, they surprised me with a birthday flan! I LOVE flan, so this was awesome! It was very delicious. Overall I recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed in the meat selection and flavors. Whether you are a meat eater, pescatarian, or vegan, you can all enjoy this restaurant together because there are options for all. Taking my baby was a lot of fun, she enjoyed the foods. I recommend coming during dinner, just to make sure that all the meats that you want will be available (I'm referring to reading previous reviews about lack of meats during the lunch hour).

Stopped by to get a Take Out menu... inside is very nicely decorated. Looks like a killer salad bar, and the meat being delivered to the tables almost made me decide to stay and eat in. Smelled wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful too!

The fried oyster on the deviled eggs was inventive and super tasty. The whipped feta has pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top which made for a yummy sweet and savory bite. Hubbys sweet potato hash was flavorful and filling. The lobster bennys had quite a bit of lobster and the old bay hollandaise sauce was perfection. The fresh fish amandine was yellowtail snapper that came out with a beautifully crispy skin, a delicious brown butter almond sauce and sautéed green beans. The tagliolini al ragù was perfectly balanced, with fresh pasta cooked to the ideal texture and a rich, deeply developed sauce that never felt heavy. The physical building itself is very unique, very old school... lot's of hidden hallways and tucked away rooms. Almost like a dungeon-exploring adventure (not a bad thing). The food was good. My wife enjoyed the foie gras ($34) tremendously. I enjoyed the lobster bisque (+$11 from included French onion soup with steak) moderately. (had a non-traditional "spice" to it) My wife orders the 8oz filet mignon, and I ordered the 14oz Delmonico (a.k.a. ribeye). The filet was very good, and the Delmonico was good. Neither were out-of-this-world (certainly not enough to warrant the exorbitant price). The baked potato (which mine included butter, cheese, and bacon) had a "bite" to it, something that I did not expect (or enjoy). It might be the butter... they say it was a sweet cream butter, but there was a tartness to it all that was off-putting. I also ordered a thrice-baked potato, just to try it out. It was awful! Bern's has often been rated as the #1 steak house in Tampa, but I just don't get it. Perhaps my unrefined palette is lost on all the Frenchy froo froo stuff. I feel like I could make everything they offered better myself... for a FIFTH of the price. Everything is just so expensive there, and at those prices, I need to feel like it is the best thing I've every had in my life. It was far from this. Additionally, the time it took was very long. I get it, this is a multi-course situation, and you're supposed to take your time and not be rushed. But I personally don't generally take 90 minutes from start to finish to each my food.... I'm just not that guy. The atmosphere and intimacy were great for special occasions, but all in all, I don't think we will be going back, ever.
