I came here for a birthday dinner celebration and it was a mistake. The food was awful. The salad bar was cold and it looked like the food had been sitting out untouched all day. I was too scared to eat the shrimp and some of the charcuterie meats. They just looked dry and unsafe to eat. The meats only come one way. There's no selection of different cooked meats like medium rare or medium. Either it was too raw or too well done. The meats were not edible. The meats tasted gamey and just not fresh. I didn't like how they seasoned the meat nor how it was cooked. The cheesy bread was so bad, usually I love those but this was just all fried cheese and no bread. The mashed potato tasted like a stick of butter with a head of garlic. So disappointing. I wanted to leave right away. No one came to our table for about 10 mins after we sat down and put our card up on green. Usually, the staff comes right away with meats. This was such a disappointment and I won't be back. This place was pretty decent. It's a Brazilian style steakhouse, so the meats are brought out to you and you can decide what meats to eat. They had a lot of different steak options and even grilled octopus (this was my favorite). They also have a buffet style salad bar with soups, bread and fruits. The service was friendly and the restaurant can accommodate pretty large parties. It was overall an okay experience - some of the steak wasn't my favorite taste-wise. read more

Went for lunch. They are similar to Texas de Brazil. Including their prices. The salad bar is not as extensive as Texas de Brazil. Also, some of the items seemed as if it had been sitting out for a bit. The place is overall nice and clean. The service was really great. We are not from the area. We saw the ad for Brazilian Churrasco Restaurant and saw how much they promoted lamb chops on the ad. Well turns out we waited for over 40min for the 1st run of lamb chops then second time 20min and the bald cranky Cuban gaucho brought out literally two pieces of lamb chops one me and one for my husband. The server was nice but everyone was slow and took forever for everything. Even the hostess walked us in and was walking with no purpose as if she had lead feet. They all seemed like they were lost and high. We paid a pretty penny to get this type of service. Not recommended. read more

I celebrated my birthday here last week during the dinner hours (arrived at 4pm). We had such a great time. My husband and I enjoyed the meats and salad bar, and my baby, mom, and vegan sister ate solely from the salad bar. The meats were very very well seasoned. We asked for our meats to be cooked medium. My favorites were the picanha, lamb chops and lamb cuts, the filets, the bacon wrapped meats!! Wow, just wow. Everything was delicious. And everything was served hot and fresh. We also ordered sides. Our absolute favorite were the caramelized plantains. We ordered a few baskets of those. And of course the Brazilian cheese balls were delicious, and a sauce was included with this and it was BOMB. The salad bar was delicious as well. A variety of salads, fruits, vegetables, and seafood. My mom and sister were satisfied off of this. My baby loved the plantains, sweet potatoes, fries, and the rice and beans. I also ordered a blue piña colada, so incredibly yummy! I got a slight little buzz from it, which was good for that occasion. But I recommend adding another shot if you want to feel the buzz better. Beautiful presentation of the drink though. The servers were very attentive and nice. They constantly checked in with us and made sure that we were happy. The space is beautiful! They have a mural and it was so cool to learn that one of the workers there painted that mural!!!! We were so intrigued and amazed by it. The overall ambiance is very relaxed, welcoming, and just a chill vibe. I would love to return when there is a live performance. Lastly, they surprised me with a birthday flan! I LOVE flan, so this was awesome! It was very delicious. Overall I recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed in the meat selection and flavors. We dined in for lunch. The food (as in meat) was all overcooked. Even if you ask for medium rare, they will still bring out well-done meat. I would actually recommend Terra Gaucha or Texas De Brazil over this place. They do have a parking lot to park in free of charge. The decor inside was nice as well. I don't remember seeing any outdoor seating. They do have a buffet like the other local churrascarias, but it did seem smaller, and the overall selection is limited. As far as Brazilian steakhouses go, this one compares well with its larger, more well known competitors. Salad bar was well stocked and had a particularly good lobster bisque. Selection was everything you would have expected. The grilled meats were nicely seasoned and the servers attempted to give you the temperature requested. Service from the staff was attentive although there were breaks in the meat service. Having said that, the table emblem was often ignored interrupting conversation. Ambiance is an open design and well done. Tables are a little close, but that could have been due to it being crowded. We were there on a Saturday night so there were several LARGE parties. Bahia is a gem! We have gone when it was busy and slow and they did a fantastic job. Staff is hospitable and gracious! The food was seasoned well and cooked fresh! The first time we went it was a Monday night around 7 and there were only 2 tables including us. I was taken back by their persistence to bring us freshly prepared meat. It took a little bit longer but I rather wait for something to be done right than to have something rushed and subpar. The second time we went was a Saturday night and they were jam packed! Even with higher volume of guests the staff from food to service did an incredible job. The reason for 4 star is seating can be tight, they tried sitting is right next to the buffet on the second night we joined them for dinner. They did move us but seating capacity is a bit exaggerated by my observation. They waste a good amount of space on a stage that I believe they use for live music although even on the Saturday night I did not see anyone play. Depending on how often they have live bands they could maximize seating capacity. The second reason for the 4 star rating is an unfortunate catch 22, although the restaurant is tight in terms of seating as is the restaurant would benefit from have a larger buffet table with more options. They do execute their buffet table well with the options they give. I would choose Bahia against Texas de Brazil every time. read more

This place is such a cool experience. It is a meat eaters dream. They have a wide selection of meats and the salad bar gives you other side dishes to consider. The price makes sense for what you are getting, so I would recommend saving your appetite until you come here. It's a nicer restaurant and would be a great place to have a celebratory dinner. Manager came up and I asked why we were waiting so long and he looked into it and eventually we were seated.. then there were no more high chairs available for my son. So I had to carry him and eat at the same time. Cut were good which is why I am giving them 3 stars. The buffet was alright they need more variety. We asked for cocktails and never received them ‍ Also a server slipped and water was spilled all over us. We went here for our wedding anniversary. My wife is Brazilian. We absolutely loved all the food, especially the lamb chops.
