Manager Danny took the time to listen, treated us with respect, acknowledged our previous experience, and encouraged us to have a fresh start. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine commitment to customer service completely changed the direction of our evening into a wonderful experience! From the moment we were seated, the staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely outstanding. It reminded us why we've enjoyed dining here over the years. We understand not every experience can be perfect, but great leadership can make all the difference. Danny demonstrated exactly what exceptional hospitality looks like, and because of him and the wonderful staff who took care of us, we left feeling appreciated as customers. Thank you, Danny, and the entire team, for restoring our confidence. We look forward to returning and hope this level of professionalism and customer care continues.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, loved the esthetics. The service was exceptional! My glass was always filled and I appreciated the attention. I wasn't too fond of the hot/cold salad bar. While the selection was large, the quality wasn't there. For instance, the meat in the fried rice was overcooked. The pork belly tasted as if it was sitting there for a while. Shrimp salad had good flavor but too many shells in the salad. Roasted garlic was still crunchy/not cooked through. Few of the signs were mislabeled. The bacon covered jalapeño poppers were labeled as brown sugar bacon. That completely took me by surprise because it was quite HOT! In conclusion, I was expecting the same level of attentiveness for the food selections as I received with the service.

The only (and I mean only) downside was my waiter brought me a second espresso martini when I didn't necessarily ask for one but honestly- I didn't mind. I really enjoyed the amount of windows so you could still see the palm trees outside. It was clean, not too noisy, or overcrowded with tables, and it seemed as if the manager ran a tight ship. I did go during lunch time so the menu might've been limited but nevertheless still great. The restaurant was busy at its lunch hours but we're still accommodating. It was a dark moody vibe there. The server comes and ask if it's your first time dinning and also asks you how you want your meat cooked. The servers then come around with different types of meat to choose from. Our server was really nice and made sure our group was take care of. The salad bar was amazing and full of different choices. I really liked the churrasco cooked in medium. Desserts is served À la carte if you're up to it. Now were the steaks great? I think they're great for the price point. I recently just started having a thing for steak and I would say that it's worth it coming here if you are a meat lover.

We started with the cheese bread and pork belly guacamole - both delicious. Drinks: wife got Pina Coloda and I got the Caipirinha, both made well. We order the 3 lbs of meet and the premium meet tray with mash potatoes (garlic and great!), asparagus, sautéed vegetables and caramelized bananas. This dinner was wonderful and we came away with take home box with some left over meat. Service was prompt and took excellent care of us. Only negatives: small area, we were lucky wasn't that busy but tight accommodations. Drinks: zero refills, unless you get tap water. We will return? Absolutely. If the owner keeps this up he will soon be able to expand his operation into a larger setting.

In the manner of all Brazilian style steakhouses, ALWAYS, ALWAYS OVERPRICED! The food is good, the…read moreservice is mediocre to nearly good service. I have no idea how they "get away" with charging such prices for their beef, chicken, lamb served with "sticky rice" (by the way on my trips to Brazil, I do not recall EVER getting lousy sticky rice - normally it is a Jasmine variety that is delicious and never sticky!) Also Black beans and a small assortment of side sauces that were decent. Oh and very soft Pao de Queso... one of my all time favorites, very much UNDERCOOKED - but I still liked it, due to the difference in cooking style. I have always had Pau de Queso well baked, with a hard crusty outer shell and a soft inner cheesy delightful center! Ani was the waitress, she is Cuban, while the remainder of the staff appears to be Brazilian, not sure, did not have the opportunity to ask. Ani worked her butt off, while the 4 others stood around watching. I hated that I had the sense of prejudice, maybe my "American" sensitivities were set off? I am a conservative, usually not looking for such BS, but this just seemed to be a bit obvious. Albeit the initial amount of people dining was 5 tables with an average of 4... she was able to do her job, but at the sacrifice of timely service to tables. The "ambiance" is fine, nothing truly distinguishes this as a Brazilian restaurant; I have been to Brazil 6 times, there restaurants do not really have anything distinguishable. Except the road side Churrasco - or those inside wayfaring gas stations... always loved those set ups! After sitting and being served for 1.5 hour, the people started to come in... and the place was full of families having a good meal! The other staff finally stepped up and did a good job! All of the staff were congenial, engaging and proactively serving, once the crowd showed up. Do I recommend this place? Yes, but only for an event where you seek a casual ambiance, decent food, pretty good service and you want a less expensive (albeit still expensive) alternative to the "high falooting" Brazilian Steakhouses like Rodizio or Texas de Brazil... those are off the charts!

She welcomed us in with a warm smile, and explained the items on the menu. The restaurant was clean and decorated for the World Cup. My partner and I ended up ordering the pao de queso, Picanha that comes with 2 sides - we opted for the corn and the cous cous salad. Everything was 5/5 - the cheese balls were delicious - and the sweet sauce that comes with it paired with it tasted surprisingly well. The meat was flavorful and tender, and paired well with the waitress' side recommendations. Even though I could have eaten more of the delicious meat, it was just the right amount of food to not make me feel too full. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant if you're in the area!

We ordered an appetizer and it came out super quick. The ham croquettes had good flavor and the sauce it came with was also good. They were kind of small but I think one order brought 8 pieces. We ordered the 2lb parrilla (mixed grill) and this came with all the meats; chicken, pork, sausage and two types of steak with two sides. We opted for the rice and beans and added an extra side of fried yuca. We were a party of 4 and this was more than plenty because we still ended up taking leftovers. Overall I wasn't to impressed with the meat I feel that it was lacking seasoning. Even the green sauce on the side was kind of flavorless. I was really expecting more flavor from this since this is what they are known for. They did cook it perfectly how we asked. The yuca fries were ok but I've had better. Our bill came out to a little over $100 without tip so for the price range I was expecting a little more. We had one app - one 2lb grill - 3 sides and 4 can sodas. Our waitress was very sweet but I probably would not be going back.
