The actual roasted cauliflower is pretty good, but what makes this dish really shine is the lemon tahini dressing. It was like crack! The chicken shawarma plate was delicious too. We got it with a side of seasoned fries and roasted beet dip, and everything was so good. The chicken itself is very flavorful, and once you add the garlic toum sauce, it's *chefs kiss*. Portions were pretty big, and we didn't end up finishing either dish.
