So I am being generous and will give these guys 4 stars despite not having seen in person how the 20 windows I had them wash came out (I may come back later and adjust the stars tho when I go see it LOL). He showed me photos and I am going off of that. Truthfully, the only thing thing that made me take off 1 star was because they showed up several hours late. Others might have taken more stars off but I dunno I guess I'm feeling generous today. He was scheduled to have his guy come between 9 and 10 AM but they showed up after 1230. No bueno. This involved me having to re-inform the tenants of this building etc. so that was an inconvenience. Plus my sister had to take time off work to meet with him and this was taxing on her bc she obviously had to get back to work and I feel bad for that. But I know things happen and Terelle did give me a heads up with a text at 9:29am. There was confusion in the estimate too, but it got resolved and Terelle honored the original quote that I had gotten. Here are the photos he sent me. They are very reasonably priced compared to other companies and he was friendly and responsive, plus they offer a discount for first-time customers, so we decided to go with them. On the day of the cleaning, Terelle showed up right on time and spent the entire day on the project. In the end, the windows look almost like new, we are very pleased with the results. The owner is very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. I originally wanted the cleaning service provided on a Friday, however, another of their customers had previously reserved the Friday appointment. The owner, being customer focused, advised that they are not open on Saturday but he was aware that I needed the cleaning service and made my appointment for Saturday. I was contacted 30 minutes prior to their arrival, as stated in the contract. First off, it has been quite some time since I dealt with someone who was sincerely customer focused. Second, everything that was to be performed was explained prior to the service starting. I appreciate anyone who is prepared to do a job, they arrived with everything imaginable to clean windows, ladders cleaning solutions power tools, you name it they have it. I felt the service performed was extremely thorough and professional. I am very pleased with the cleaning services that were provided to the exterior windows. Also, I was provided a complimentary cleaning of one of my interior windows to demonstrate actually how clean the window is after the exterior treatment. Please see the before and after pictures. Tiffany was charming on the phone and quickly scheduled a time when I could be home. Then, on the scheduled day, it was raining. I called to ask if we could keep the appointment, even with the bad weather. When Terrell arrived, on time, he was delightful. We agreed he would begin cleaning the interiors and protected windows. I understood that the windows requiring ladders may have to be postponed if the weather grew worse. But we were hopeful as the rain was intermittent. Laughing, our logical plan almost worked.
