Bailey goes above and beyond with fantastic service and no nitpicking on minor charges here and there that I have seen from other companies. Great value for the work and results. Definitely 100% recommend, no bougie fake people with jacked up quotes, Bailey ain't playin' just serious about doing a thorough job. Tiffany communicated well and wanted pictures that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to give her since this is a rental in the city and I live in Marin. But she still agreed on a good price based on our discussion, that is within my budget and more competitive than others. They don't have many yelp reviews as others I saw, but Bailey has been helping in this line of work since he was 12 when his uncle owned a cleaning company, I can see it in his work ethics. Mr. Bailey was a real pleasure to work with. During the initial phone conversation he was sure to explain patiently how the pricing works, he was able to schedule in exact desired day and time in just a few days ahead and when he came out he made sure we are as least disturbed as possible while be worked. He did interior and exterior and removed and replaced all the screens, vacuumed all the railings and cleaned off tons of cobbs web. This is the only home cleaning service you should have. I feel like i'm giving away a secret here but... I asked for many different quotes for a move out cleaning on my studio. I got really not affordable quotes. Bailey had the right price for my budget. Response time for quote and for scheduling is impeccable. I hired another cleaning service for my new apartment and they didn't do half as good of a job as Bailey. I am very impressed and I will need to have them on a monthly basis at least to clean my new place. They made my windows, tub, toilet, inside of fridge and oven look like new. After reading many reviews and getting multiple quotes, I decided to try Bailey's for exterior window cleaning. We live in in a coastal townhome and constant exposure to harsh weather elements has not been kind to our windows. This, along with other factors(e.g., never professionally cleaned, young children, heavy pollen, wildlife), produced absolutely filthy windows, with a lot of caked on residue. Pros: -Excellent communication with consistently quick replies. - Very professional and friendly service. Very accommodating. -Upfront pricing- very careful to evaluate service needs before appt. and then in person on day of appt.(allowing them to update/review itemized costs with customer before proceeding). -Very clear itemization, and costs extremely fair. I had lots of hopes that high rated Bailey's home cleaning would help me with moving out cleaning. They responded quickly and the cleaning crew was very nice. However, I have to come back and clean again as there are many spots were just left behind. Some cabinets in the kitchen, some dusty blinds, fridge surface not all covered, walk-in closet carpet had big stain untouched. The team is very professional and meticulous. Bailey did a professional cleaning on all of our windows, while Jenny attacked and conquered organizing my daughter's room, pantry, and laundry room. We booked a cleaning for a property at least 40 miles from Bailey's location and they were happy to come service such a far away location. The owner, Terelle, showed up to the cleaning to make sure everything went smoothly. We had only requested a surface cleaning and Terelle's team went above and beyond of what we asked. Bailey's came on time and was a very pleasant young man. He was under the impression that all he needed to do was clean all 44 solar panels but I made the mistake in not informing him that I needed pigeon poop remove from under the solar and clean the poop from the gutter. He said that he didnt bring the right equipment to do this work but he would do his best to clean without it because he doesn't like to leave his costumers disapointed. Now it's my fault that his job just became so much harder but he never complained and boy did he do a fantastic job. Somehow he left my front yard clean..no bird poop anywhere. He worked non stop in the horrible heat and charged very little for all his work. I can't be more pleased with his work, he has amazing work ethic. I will be recommending him to all my neighbors.
