Can't recommend Dr Bair enough! He truly cares about his patients and the type of care that they need! His office is very neat and tidy and CLEAN! He always uses hand sanitizer before he does any type of work on you and wipes down the chiropractic table after every session. He can do everyday adjustments to any kind of specific pain you might be in. From car crash to just maybe sleeping wrong. If you have a migraine, go see him! I've had migraines for the past 30 years and I'm running out of meds that work. I've tried adjustments before and all I got was a bonus migraine on the drive home. Man where do I start. I've had back problems before because I do a lot of freediving but this past problem was the worst ever. I woke up one morning and almost could not get out of bed, I had to roll out and the pain was so great I had a hard time driving. Each shooting pain would take my breath away. I waited about a week because that's about how long it usually takes for my body to work itself out. This particular time it wasn't getting better. I found Dr. Bair through yelp and he wasn't too far to my house so I made an appt and he was able to see me that day. He tested certain movements to diagnose the problem and then did a few careful adjustments before hooking me up to a muscle stimulation machine. I felt only a tiny bit better after that but he said that any improvement would be good. Later that afternoon I was in extreme pain, I took this to be a bit of soreness due to the adjustments as I've experienced that before. The next morning I woke up and ALL OF THE PAIN WAS GONE. It was amazing. I especially appreciated that Dr. Bair wasn't trying to make me see him for weeks at a time, he told me that I might need one more adjustment but there was a chance that the first one would help out enough. I discovered Dr. Bair through his great Yelp reviews, and I am so glad I called his office. I was rear-ended on the freeway... not a horrible accident, but I knew the next morning that my back and neck were messed up. I was in pain and had a hard time turning my head. My auto policy covers chiropractic therapy, so I did my research on Yelp. When I called, Dr. Bair picked up the phone himself! He was very patient and explained exactly what he would do. I had been worried about coordinating with the insurance company, but Dr. Bair made that extremely easy, and he has lots of experience in this area. During my first visit, he asked lots of questions, gave me a treatment plan, and an adjustment. I've now seen him several times, and my back feels much, much better. There are several things I like about Dr. Bair. He's very good at explaining what he's doing and why. I had first met Dr Bair at a network meeting, and had heard him talking about who his best clients are. Dr Bair had made a statement that so many of us believe is true, which is that once you go to a Chiropractor you will be stuck having to go back. Dr Bair in his brief introduction had explained to the group that this is not true, and that a good Chiropractor will only need to see his patients for regular adjustments, or should they injure themselves. I had to have a visit with Dr Bair when I was having lower back pain several months later. I had ignored this pain for close to a week and by the time I had called him I could barely stand up straight. Dr Bair made time for me that very same afternoon, and I then told him that I am one of the people in the population that is afraid of Chiropractors. Dr Bair during this visit had made sure that I knew what he was going to do to adjust my back, and was very thorough in offering an explanation as to why I was having pain in the first place. Following the adjustment Dr Bair explained what I may feel after the adjustment such as tenderness or sore muscles and then said this pain should not last more than a day or so. There was no additional uncomfortably as a result of the adjustment, but I did go back to my office with the ability to stand at the copier that afternoon. The best part about visiting Dr Bair was that I was not left taking a pain medication and he resolved the issue. I did not have to see Dr Bair again until I made the mistake of sleeping on the couch and woke up with a severely stiff neck which he also fixed in one visit. I am grateful that I have found an honest person to take care of me, and tell everyone I know about him. I first went to Dr. Bair a few months ago for my sciatica. I have been having pain down my right leg for almost seven years and Dr. Bair immediately recognized that my hips were not aligned. He adjusted them back into the correct position and thought me a few stretches to relax the nerve. Since going to Dr. Bair, I have had a lot less flair ups and ahve not had one major bout of intense pain. My second experience with Dr. Bair was absolutely amazing. Somehow, right before a trip to NYC, I popped a rib. I have no idea how I did it but I was in excruciating pain. After about a day of being in agony I finally called Dr. Bair. He told me that people sometimes pop their ribs and that it could take a few treatments to fully heal. After the first session though, I felt immediate pain relief. After a few days, the pain came back probably exacerbated from being on a plane for several hours. I made another appointment and he popped in back into place again. That was the last time I felt the pain. Sometimes I think about how much pain I was in and every time I feel so grateful to know Dr. Bair. From listening to people's experiences about chiropractors, many worry that they just want you to come in for weekly or monthly sessions. Dr. Bair was upfront with me each time I saw him. With my sciatica, he said to do the stretches and to come back if the pain gets worse. I haven't been back since for that.
