First of all, walked into the restaurant and the place looks clean and inviting. Wait staff was quick and courteous to get us seated, so this seemed like a decent place so far. We then placed our order and our waitress was fantastic. If I were only rating the wait staff it would be a full 5 stars. Then came the food. I ordered a baked mostaccioli, and it was very watery. No flavor was in the sauce at all. Not even the slice of mozzarella that covered the pasta was enough to save it. Took the rest home, and definitely didn't feel the food was worth it. To make matters worse, I looked up at the ceiling and saw a clear case of black mold (pictured). If it weren't for the great wait staff, I'd give 0/5 stars.

Basic Greek restaurant. Usual massive menu. Average food, somewhat above average prices. Best for breakfast rather than other meals.

The food is phenomenal. The skillet was so good. The set was great. The hashbrowns were the best I've had in ages. So incredibly good.

Service was excellent and food just ok. 1 star rating for the extremely high prices . $13.99 for a veggie omelet is downright thievery.

Orders Gyros for dinner. The meat was great but the tzatziki sauce was horrible. It was like runny water. Very sad.

I ordered an American staple, a burger with fries. The burger was juicy, well seasoned, and topped with crispy bacon. The bun was soft and held everything together without falling apart. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired well with the burger. A great spot for a laid-back meal with family or friends.

This cute restaurant is located in Crown Point, IN, and it's best to use GPS to avoid getting lost. The venue is nice and perfect for photos, with plenty of space. The bar has a lively atmosphere, and the food is good, with large portions. I ordered the Classic Smashburger and substituted the protein for an Impossible Burger. I expected to receive two patties since I had to pay an additional $4.00. While it's my choice to be a pescatarian, I still think that an extra $4.00 for a single patty is excessive, both here and at any restaurant. This brought the price of my burger from $18.00 to $22.00, which reflects the current costs of dining out. Overall, our server was really nice and accommodating. She was patient with us as we decided on what to order and even shared her favorite dishes, which helped us make our decisions. The others in my party ordered a Mushroom & Swiss Smashburger and a Tuscan Turkey Sandwich. I must say, the turkey sandwich (Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey) had so much turkey on it that it could have fed us for Thanksgiving, but we weren't complaining! It was generous, and she happily took home the leftovers. The drink we had was blah, it had peach deep eddy's, elderflower liqueur (which I love), citrus and a few other ingredients. I'll pass on that the next time, I think it had too much elderflower and not enough peach. We all enjoyed our food and the ambiance of the restaurant. We will definitely return when we are in the area, and I will be sure to recommend this place to my friends who live nearby. I would also consider throwing a small b-day celebration upstairs in the lounge. Thank you, Culinary Misfits, for a great lunch!

Therefore, our Mother's Day dinner was an easy choice for once. Her favorite dish at Cooper's Hawk is the Shrimp & Scallop Risotto. She absolutely loves that dish! I have a few: The Shrimp & Scallop Risotto, The Jambalaya, and The Chicken Madiera (i. e. Chicken Marsala). Today, I ordered the Risotto, along with the Calamari and salads (Caesar for her, House for me). We also got Pretzel Bread. I recently opened the bottle for dinner at home and after our friend raving about how good the wine is I had high hopes. Sad to say even with low hopes this wine falls short, it tastes like grape juice (and not the quality box juice kind either). The wine tastes so bad that after a sample glass we closed the bottle and haven't opened it since. We ended up going to the restaurant with a friend, against my better judgement, and after waiting 38 minutes for a table when originally we were told on the phone no wait, we left. During that 38 minutes I decided to look at the reviews on yelp, and am grateful we had the wait. Because if we had been seated and received the same treatment as these poor yelp reviews, I would've wasted a lot of money for a poor experience. 0/10 on this winery, DO NOT GET THEIR WINE EITHER unless you like your wine to taste like second hand grape juice
