When I checked the pizza, it was clearly undercooked, so we sent it back. We expected it to come back properly cooked, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. When the pizza was brought out the second time, it was still doughy and undercooked. I took photos of it, and they show multiple different slices--all of which had the same raw, gummy texture across the entire slice. This was not just one bad piece. Because of this, we didn't even get a chance to actually eat the pizza. That was our dinner, and we ended up leaving without being able to eat it. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The manager insisted it was "ranch sauce" and claimed the pizza was cooked thoroughly, which is simply not accurate based on both the texture and appearance. I was also told I was the only person to complain, as if that somehow made the issue invalid. Regardless, we were served undercooked food--twice. They offered a $5 discount on a $21 pizza that we couldn't even eat, which did not feel like a fair resolution. Very disappointing experience overall--not just because of the food, but because the issue was dismissed instead of taken seriously.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were immediately impressed by the clean and well-maintained space, complete with ample parking, making the overall experience quite convenient. The location was easily accessible, and we were promptly greeted as soon as we entered, setting a positive tone for our visit. However, our experience began to falter when we encountered some technical difficulties with the digital menu, which appeared to be experiencing internet connectivity issues. We sought a handheld menu to place our order, but this disruption did affect the smoothness of our dining experience. We decided to try a couple of items from the menu: an Italian sandwich on ciabatta bread and a rice fajita bowl. While the sandwich was prepared quickly, unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The vegetables included on the sandwich appeared to be past their prime. The lettuce was overly soggy, and the tomatoes lacked color and freshness, giving the sandwich an unappetizing appearance. The rice fajita bowl, too, was underwhelming. It lacked the vibrancy and flavor that we had hoped for, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. The dish seemed to lack the care and attention one would expect from a well-crafted meal. While the restaurant certainly shows potential, our meal did not reflect the level of quality or care we had anticipated. With some improvement in ingredient freshness and attention to presentation, this establishment could certainly elevate its offerings.
