Worth to note that the cheese culture packet that came with our kit was enough to culture an additional 3 quarts of milk beyond the one we prepped, too. On those busy nights where I get home after dinner time I can pull out a meal for our family of 4, a pre-made bag of salad and have a healthy dinner ready in about 20 minutes for about $15. Compare that with buying McDonalds for a family of 4; unhealthy, still going to take 20 minutes by the time you have driven and waited in line, and probably more like $25.
