Came here to buy cupcakes for my office after seeing all the advertisements. Spot was gross! EW. It's a random booth in the middle of walkway. Everything was dirty, could hardly see through the glass. Two girls working but not really doing anything but chillin' their phones. Which makes sense because it's just prepackaged mini cupcakes like the ones you get at a normal store. Just INSANELY overpriced. Which is okay cause everything is expensive in NY. Before going here I was considering buying online, but now I'm so grossed out I would never trust where they are coming from. All previous reviews mention they were either stale or dried out so I'm glad I didn't buy them. read more

I received an assortment of mini cupcakes as a gift from a business associate. Sadly, the packaging was probably what the gift giver paid for. A small box of 30 bite-size cupcakes came wrapped in a large cardboard box with insulation and ice packs. the cupcakes were tasty but had the giver done some research, they could have found a local shop that would have provided more for much less. Not worth the cost unless you are into cutesy one bite cupcakes. read more

The line was moving super fast, but, the lady helping us asked what I wanted before I could even see what was in the glass, so I felt totally rushed. Usually, I try to be prepared so I'm ready by the time I order, but in this case, I couldn't be since the line wrapped around behind the glass. I love baked by Melissa cupcakes, the portion sizes are great for me since I'm a diabetic. Located in the mall right outside of the Pandora store. I'm not sure where the cupcakes are made at this location because it's more like a kiosk. The area is clean, with a friendly staff. Be prepared to stand in line depending on what time you come because the line can be very long. read more

I got the vegan cupcakes for my birthday. They weren't the best but they also weren't the worst I've had. It was just okay. I like how they had many kinds but the flavors just didn't do it for me, the chocolate and strawberry were one of the better ones. read more

Love your cupcakes. I remember having them years ago when there were only a few shops and now it's a large franchise. I was worried quality would decrease but the cupcakes are just as tasty. This review is based on service. Horrible service here. Not enough staff when I went. I waited 20 minutes for service and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The woman before me finally placed my order with one girl who went around the shelving where I expected her to return with the woman's box only to find a new girl had taken her place and the customer had repeat her large order. Why would you switch shifts or go on break while serving a customer? I'm sure you could have placed the mini cupcakes in a box and rang her up in less than 2 minutes but nope you decided to make me wait even longer. I walked away because I couldn't waste anymore time nor my money for bad service. read more

Cupcakes will always be my favorite food. While shopping at the mall, I had to decide between being really unhealthy with all the food options available at Roosevelt Field, or help myself to a few small cupcakes that do not hurt the waist or wallet. I went with the latter choice and enjoyed the sugar cookie cupcake, cookie dough and the cupcake of the month, lemon meringue. They are so good but I am not sure if they satisfy my cupcake craving enough. Thats why the 4 stars. read more

I love this place. The mini cupcakes are the bestt. The employees taking your order are really nice on the first note. Also when you make a purchase they give you so many items like stickers and temporary tattoos. I ordered there today there are also employees guiding customers outside the stand. Horrible service. I ordered something a week and a half prior to the date I wanted it delivered and paid for it to have special holiday wrapping. The cupcakes sat in a facility for over 24 hours and still were not delivered. After being frustrated that they were no longer fresh I called and the "customer happiness representative" was quick to cancel my order, she was not so pleasant. She was not very empathetic or kind as I was very upset that the recipient did not receive their cupcakes to know I was thinking of them. I had called days prior to request that my cupcakes be delivered by a certain time and told the company does not offer that feature it is up to fedex and can be delivered anywhere between 8-8. I was also told that the company does not guarantee delivery on the day that you choose, you are simply choosing an "estimated delivery date"... why pick a date?? I was then told if I wanted the cupcakes delivered for a specific date I should've chose a day or two prior to ensure punctual delivery service. Very expensive for such fickle service. Waste of money and aggravating. read more

Baked By Melissa is a very nice little shop that sells "bite sized" cupcakes. They are very delicious but they are very pricey for being a one-bite treat. They are very cute little cupcakes and they are made of very many different flavors and flavor combinations such as pistachio nut, cotton candy, red velvet and peanut butter. I like to think the quality and flavor of the cupcakes are higher than your typical chocolate cupcake but as I said, it is a bit pricey for bite-sized cupcakes. read more

Came here today! I joined the line then there was a very nice young lady that asked us for our order before reaching the counter. She told us how much it was so I placed an order for 25 cupcakes and she told us we can have one as a sample. When I got to the counter the girl asked the other girl behind the counte if I can have a sample and she gave it to me so angry. Now she is placing my cupcakes on the box and saying out loud to another employee that they should not give out samples for free, and said it a few times BC she was upset. Not only was she talking over my order but was nasty too. I think if she felt like that she should be nice to customers and say what's on her mind after a customer leave. Well I did tell her if she had a problem giving samples, then she shouldn't and next time she should wait for the customer to leave. After this experience I don't think I will going back there. read more
