All online ordering said it wouldn't be ready until the next next business day which wouldn't work so I gpsd the closed one from where I was at the time and boom. I ended up here. There is really nothing out there that compares, and I'm happy they take Apple Pay and don't charge extra for credit. So many places hit you up to use your card. I called this location to see if they had the NEW SILK CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM (VEGAN) This location did have it which was good as I did go to another location and they did not have it so waiting on line for nothing was apart of my Saturday afternoon. I then decided to order it via Uber eats. I got a love it size in a waffle bowl silk chocolate with Oreo cookies, brownie and chocolate syrup. It was good the Oreo cookies made it a little to much I think the filling is what really wasn't desirable to me. Over all it was good. Now for this bowl I spent over $16. Now I am uncertain what they charge regularly I know they can be pricy however this was a bit much. My husband and I came here last Friday around 7 pm for some dessert after eating dinner across the street at Calogero's and we waited in line for about 30 minutes watching 1 girl, all by herself making ice cream/shakes for a ridiculously long line of people. We always opt for their signature creations, the coffee lovers only and strawberry shortcake serenade in a like-it size, which is about $8 a cup. You may add additional toppings for $1.50 each. The ice cream were good but just wish it was chopped/ mixed better and the line wasn't so long due to only 1 person working. As we left the store, 2 other workers finally came in to help her. I've always been a fan of coldstone because of their cool combos and the fact that they literally mix their ice cream on a cold stone. It's still so good but damn ice cream here is $$. I feel like every time I come here, the prices get knocked up. For the signature creations, the "like it" size is $7.49, "love it" is about $7.89 (a few cents more than "like it") and the biggest size is $8.49. Makes you want to buy the bigger size just because it's only a dollar more but don't. The ice cream melts so fast. In just a 10 minute car ride home, it was already getting soupy while I was eating it. If you go to this location always expect a line. Every time I've been here they have never had more than 2 people working. The wait wasn't exceptionally long when I went. It was what I expected so it was fine. There is a parking lot in the back which is helpful. Coldstone just doesn't have the same hype to me as it used to. read more

Came in to get a chocolate devotion. We ended up asking them to substitute the chocolate chips for white cake. Which was an additional $1.50. Workers here don't pay that much attention here you have to keep repeating yourself, which is kinda annoying i could understand if your busy but we're were the only ones in the store. See what had happened was, I went for yogurt, mmm, hmm, the healthier choice, ya know but their rather intentional marketing techniques with large hanging photos of this "new" ice cream flavor tricked me into getting it. Needless to say, marketing does work and I am going back lol. This flavor has a very smooth and creamy texture with crunches of pecans and bites of banana bread mixed in. Very well prepared! This location also has excellent customer service, which is always a plus. I was offered and accepted a few "samples" of some flavors. I don't eat a lot of ice cream, but this place is a definite must try. Blue Bell and Haagen Dazs are my next go to's after this place now. Oh, don't expect to see any nutritional values posted. My friend and I both got the Peanut Butter Cookie dough ice cream and added a mix in. The ice cream was so melted as the employee was taking it out and as she was mixing it in. She had to put one in the freezer as she was mixing the other which was only for a minute or so, so it didn't make much difference. I do not really know how something like this could be served. The peanut butter cookie dough ice cream had no cookie dough in it either. Ordered a small cup but my small cup was placed in side a medium to control how drippy it was. I got Kit Kat in it and there was 2 very large chunks. The consistency of the ice cream made me feel very unwell after. My friends was filled over the top of the cup and mine was barely filling the whole cup. I am very dissatisfied with this visit. For the price I paid this was not worth it at all... You have a business and you can't call people at a reasonable hour? Then you tell me I have to buy a larger cake when you don't inform your associates that you can't make the cake? How is this place run? This is a franchised location with a manager who is scared to talk to your customers when your own staff makes a mistake? Avoid this place at all costs! This was my first time in cold stone. First I was utterly repulsed when saw a hair in the ice cream container. Not to mention the ice cream was literary water. She dipped the spatula so many times in the water then back on the ice cream. She didn't know what she was doing inexperienced. They should of served a straw instead of a spoon. It is very rare that I post comments and reviews on yelp or any other site. However, in this instance, I must express my dissatisfaction. I have been to other Coldstone Creamery locations and found the ice cream rich and delicious. Not the case here. As a treat for my son I splurged and bought us both regular size shakes, which are ridiculously priced at $7.99 each. (Ouch!) For that price, the shake should be extraordinary. Or at least good. But both my son and I felt they were barely palatable. First of all they were too sweet. Second, they tasted funky, (not in a good way) like the milk or ice cream had been left out too long, or the blenders had not cleaned properly after each use. Something was off. It was all very disappointing. As if all this wasn't enough, I started to get a stomach ache within ten minutes of having eaten the shake which I attribute to the shake. My son got a stomach ache a little later, as well. So, to recap-- over priced, poor taste, questionable cleanliness of equipment or storage, and as a bonus a stomach ache. (And by the way, as long as I am listing grievances, let's add a lousy bathroom with no soap in the dispenser, no paper towels.) The woman behind the counter with short pink hair and headphones in her ear gave possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Cold stone is all about the ice cream with the ingredients mixed in, so the idea of getting the lemon ice with nothing else is not in the spirit of their being.....but I am not sure exactly sure what how they make it, but their non-dairy, non-fat lemon ices were amazing. Very creamy with velvety texture. Hit the spot after a great dinner next door at Grimaldi's Only got 3 stars because line seemed to move so slow. There was no excitement behind the counter. I love love love the "Cookie Mintster" ice cream from here and I enjoy going, great service. I usually get a bowl but this time I went for a cone. Unfortunately they gave me a dark brown burnt/very thin cone (tasted burnt) and then I left the building and a few seconds later the ice cream started slowly seeping through the cone. The ice cream wasn't even melty yet and it did that. It was very impractical and didn't work out. I would save the few extra dollars and just do the bowl! I see very little merit when compared to other outposts, and yes, with chains it is fairly relative, to an extent. I let my 4 cake batter sprinkle ice cream cookie sandwiches sit for the prescribed amount of time ($10 here rather than $9 in Westbury, something I would've balked at w/o the card, yet which is rampant at proximally located CS spots), a painful anticipation. 2.11 update: opting against the chocolate-dipped strawberry Gold Cone flavor, I went with the hot Churro Caramel-something-a-ruther dessert, which was microwaved and quite odd indeed. read more

We waited for about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. The girl there (who was obviously still a trainee) asked us what we would like and I told her half of the order: two milkshakes, and that we wanted to order a few more things as well. So 15 more minutes later they STARTED making the milkshakes, mainly because they seemed to be wholly disorganized, the "manager"/"senior employee" was ordering them around to do various things and well as getting in their way constantly. Then the "manager"/"senior employee" started putting more ice cream into the display case and sloppily stuck her finger in several of the ice cream tins....gag me. Then the other trainee asked us if we wanted anything else...when I started to ask a question, the rather large and nasty "manager"/"senior employee" berated ME for asking the second girl a question and told me that I would be helped by the first trainee and ONLY the first trainee and I would need to wait. I said "Ok." She said in a mocking and nasty manner "OK!!!!" as she waddled into the back room. Meanwhile three new customers walked in together and they were served and paid for their ice cream before we got any of our order at all. Another 10 minutes passes before we can get the rest of our order. I am totally disgusted, totally shocked and will NEVER be back to this place. They were slower than continental drift on Mars, with absolutely no regard to customer happiness. I would not go there if I were you. And this one employee was as slow as a turtle, maybe even slower! We were in line for about 30 minutes until she got to our group! And she was incredibly rude and unhappy. With every movement, you could tell that she hated her job. She also totally skipped me in line and went to the person behind me, and when I asked her about it, she said the other guy would serve me, so I waited another 10 minutes for my turn.
