I sent her inspo photos of our pastel Disney theme... and she did not disappoint! The cake was absolutely beautiful, almost identical to the inspo photo, and "not too sweet" [which in Asian culture, is high praise]. Neither item was on their standard menu, but they were more than happy to accommodate and were incredibly responsive throughout the process. I also shared reference images for each dessert, and they did an amazing job bringing the vision to life. They even added thoughtful decorative touches like mint and little green leaves, which made everything look extra polished and on-theme. On the day of the event, they delivered everything to the park for free, which made things so much easier for us. The desserts were a huge hit--everyone loved them! The flavors were thoughtful, unique, and included seasonal options that made the spread feel special and elevated. While they are a premium dessert, especially the seasonal or larger varieties, they are absolutely worth it for a show stopping table. I ordered the Pate Chaud sandwich (a Vietnamese meatball enveloped by flaky pastry that they then opened up & added BBQ pork, meatloaf, and pickled veggies. My husband ordered the Poulet (Chicken) croissant - shredded chicken with pickled & fresh veggies in their flaky croissant. Both of the sandwiches has the bright flavors of a banh mi and were delicious. We also ordered 2 hot Vietnamese coffees. I also wasn't too sure how fresh the cakes were since they had been sitting in the display. Whether I come back really depends on the flavor and quality of the food and drinks next time around.
