It came ready to bake, so when we took it out of the oven, it was hot, the crust was flaky and crispy, and the strawberry rhubarb filling was heaven! The staff were efficient and friendly, and everything came out fresh. Congdon's has a really nice variety of donuts, muffins, and other baked goods, and everything we tried was delicious. The blueberry fritter was the star crisp on the outside, soft inside, and packed with blueberry flavor. I would absolutely recommend it. They also offer a sit‑down breakfast with classic options like breakfast sandwiches and French toast, so it's a good spot whether you just want coffee and a box of donuts or a full morning meal.
