Kristen had excellent communication skills and made sure I understood everything that would take place upon my family member passing. Kristen always answered all calls and emails promptly. Sad to say my loved one passed this past Sept. I was then assigned to work with Andrew and McKenna(sp). Andrew was AMAZING ! Even during this stressful time he made sure all of my request were completed. He went above and beyond in all aspects of planning the service, and setting up the day of the service. There were several times I would focus on what he was doing and he was meticulous again in paying attention to small details making sure things were perfect ! Andrew truly made this day smooth and let me to truly focus on the moment and nothing else... Everything was as perfect as it could be !
