This year, we paid over $600 for an opening that was never complete. They, as is seemingly habit for them, never showed up to rectify this after we called and they said they would send someone out. We've also been trying for years to get on their weekly cleaning service list and have been repeatedly told to tell them 'At the beginning of the season' as that's when they're figuring out how much staff/resources to acquire, we also got on a wait list, which I suppose makes sense until they finally say you're in and people still never show up consistently. We've also had problems with rude staff in store in the past. Yes, we should've given up on this place a long time ago, we're just busy and this place is close to us so it was convenient-- at first, obviously. After the shit show of this year, it's June and we haven't been able to swim once yet bc the pool is in a state of neglect from this one sided relationship with Four Seasons, we've finally put the thought required into finding a new company, St. Charles Pool and Spa, and they have been fantastic. Friendly staff that actually show up and in the time frame they say they will. Almost like they recognize that they're being paid to be here and do the job! I highly recommend going right to them and not wasting your time here. They've already been out to asses the situation, are doing a sort of 'second opening' for us to fix the bad job done the first time, and got us cemented in their weekly cleaning schedule. Finally!

They have contracted installer ---Mario Emanuel ---- install pools for them. He comes highly recommended by pool king. Installer did not hold up to pool kings terms and provide us an invoice or contract. When we first started talking about Pools as a family we got a quote written by Savannah at Pool King--- which included the liner pad and cove $219.99. We ask for them to write up the quote and purchase the materials on 5/4/2024. Pool liner pad or cover somehow didn't get added. We as new pool owners trusted we were in good hands and had everything we needed to begin our pool journey! We noticed the tracking looked off the day after installation and called Mario. It was midnight and pitch black when they finished installation on 5/18/2024. He said enjoy the pool and we will fix it at the end of season when I called him next day . I have text to prove communication. Our pool never got the cove installed or sand cove (we honestly as new pool owners didn't not even really understand what a cove was until we started getting the quotes for repair) and our pool is falling apart. It was not leveled correctly either. Our liner is showing through because cove was never placed. Pictures included. (First pictures where taken day after pool installed -last pictures are how it progressed after told everything was ok) We have gotten several quotes over $10,000 to fix installer and Pool Kings mistakes. They will have to take down our pool and start over. (They advised it's a safety risk and could break at any moment) We also had a deck installed and it will no longer line up with our pool with the new repairs. I have gone up to Pool King today 8/30/24. I talked with manager Joe Meyer. There was no urgency to have anything completed or resolved. He said I may get a call Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. Mario has ghosted us and not responded since to communication. Pool king is working with us but is insisting we use same installer that caused this mess. We have completely lost trust in this installer and don't feel comfortable with him.

Roger Sharp said I need new filters--What? every 10 times one person goes in the hot tub, I need to buy new filters? What type of design flaw can this be? Not to mention late delivery on a spa that was ordered 10 months in advance. Then the wrong cover lifter was delivered as well as incorrect chemicals. One headache after another. So disappointed with Mirage Spa--there are so many others I should have purchased.

Besides having the highest service call price in town, they look for anyway not to diagnose a problem and just receive the service call fee. I called spoke to office they said they would look into it, never received a call back and was charged $150 dollars for "NO" diagnostics. Poor customer service and poor technicians. I hope this reaches at least one potential customer to avoid this frustration and loss.

The installation went great. Fernando was a magician. He…read moregot the spa in the exact spot after recommending an alternate location to what we thought. It fit perfectly on the reinforced concrete pad. After the electrician ran the electric Fernando came out on Saturday to start it up and show us how run it and how to use the chemicals. Unfortunately, there was a leak. Fernando found it quickly (a broken fitting in the one motor) A minor repair but he did not have the part. He called up Aspen and got the part and returned. After some time he got it repaired and working perfectly. He put everything back together and we were able to use it that evening. Fernando went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Kudos
