You wouldn't think you would have major problems when you put in a pool less than 9 years ago (leaking from underground pipes & stairs, completely rusted walls)! The company we used to install was not helpful what so ever! Other pool companies wouldn't dare touch a pool that they didn't install. Concord Pools have went above and beyond our expectations! We have been working with Dave and we honestly couldn't be any happier! They took the time to evaluate the issues with our pool that was put in with such carelessness and corners cut! We will not be using anyone but Concord moving forward!!! Wish we would have had the forethought to use them initially!

Those two locomotives are now functioning well on my new track. The Traxxas RC cars I purchased there work well, and when one smashed into a curb at full speed this store was able to provide the parts I needed to perform a complete repair. I have received advice from this store about various things from track maintenance and RC car selection and risks to potential "gotchas" with older train equipment. You can get some products cheaper online... but not faster, and not from people who can help you learn more about those products.

For the past 15 years he has opened and closed our pool. When he opens our pool he always leaves the chemicals by the pool with the instructions all written out on paper. This allows the pool filter to run for a couple days. Brett has replaced our pool heater, the light system and the filter system over time. We couldn't be more happier then to have Brett (Northern Pool Scape) service our pool.

No instructions for use. We called when our pump broke and they never acknowledged that they received our call and never called us back. On the other, it is bigger than smaller greenhouses and supply centers. You'll get a good variety at any Hewitt's, but sometimes not the cheapest price. Their Garden and Holiday Decorating Club Card helps there ($25 credit for each $250 spent). My visit today was way too early for outdoor plants to be available, but they good sales on seeds and bulbs, and a lot of Easter decorations available. They always have great holiday decorations. Near that you'll find all the yard and garden supplies you need. When the weather warms up, you'll be able to choose from a wide variety of flowering and non-flowering plants, shrubs, trees, bushes, etc. I've also been able to find items here which have been harder to find in big-box plant departments. For example, today I found a uniquely sized clay flowerpot, a size and shape I had not found at any of the aforementioned big box plant departments. The staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.

It lifted the cover off and chopped up and mangled the wires inside. It was a real mess. Garden Time really helped us out. They squeezed us into their busy schedule closing down systems for the winter for their regular customers. The Garden Time representative was unsure if he could help us out when he saw the state of the control box, but he was persistent. He figured the puzzle out and got all stations going again. I was anxious to blow out the sprinklers before the imminent freeze. The price was quite reasonable. I know who I will call if I need service in the future.
