I only called to inquire about a cat grooming service and if I could make an appointment but she came back with no there's not a guarantee that if I drop him off at a scheduled appointment time that she would get to him at that time which to me is pointless to even make an appointment then. I also told her my experience at a previous place which is why we're looking for a new place and she defended that company. My cat is 5 and has been groomed since he was a kitten... he's long haired, but it seems she really didn't want my business.
