Over the last few months new groomers have transitioned in and I was never really satisfied with the cut but my dog always came home clean and it was near my house. Two Sundays ago I took my dog to get groomed and he came back horribly cut. And two days later he was scratching a lot. When I checked there was a circular sore. My dog does not interact with any animals outside of going to the groomers we keep him in the house and the backyard. Well one sore grew to five sores and we had to take him to the vet yesterday, and she confirmed that it was not ringworm but it was a bacteria. I am 99.9999% sure that my sweet boy contracted this bacteria from grooming at this establishment. They were likely rushing and not cleaning clippers & tools between animals. Now we have a 30 day regimen with meds and shampoos and $150 veterinary bill.

Bad customer service. I call to get an update at 12:30pm, they say one of my dogs is almost done... 1:58pm comes around and I get a message that ONE of my dogs is ready. I call to check the price, cause it's only cash. They say $220.83. My mom goes to pick them up but my mom was short .3 cents!!! 3 CENTS.. the lady still waited to get her 3 cents, but luckily my mom had a bill of $100. So my mom hands them $300. The change should be $1.17, and this lady only gives my mom $78 of change. Just like they didn't want to be short .3 cents instead they shorted us out $1.17 which is nothing but it just says a lot about how they handle business. So I drive up there to get the rest of the change. And at this point I'm over it. You already know it's a problem when they don't give receipts out. I go and they gave me $1 back, then I walk out and get in my car, and the MANAGER comes out and starts telling me I could've been nicer She continues to argue with me and I told her they need to start giving out receipts. I also pointed out her nasty attitude that she has Everytime dang time and that They are not welcoming at all. Then another girl that works there comes out and starts chiming in too. What a team effort when it comes to that but not when it comes to grooming, they took 7 hours on two dogs WHEN THEY HAD 3 girls onsite. They over load themselves with so many appointments in one day but they end up taking forever, and leave the dogs waiting their turn until they can get to them They lost my business, if you're looking to get your dogs groomed, this is not the place.
