My kitty cat, Zelda, likes it here too. I can pretty much walk to a lot of places and there's bus stops a block away in either direction. Trader Joe's is less than two blocks away and Aldi is about a one mile walk. I can have packages shipped to the office so I know they're safe. Many have said that Mr Robin is the nicest landlord in the city and I believe that to be true.

They crossed these two breeds to create a more muscular and agile dog that could perform better in bull-bating and ratting. The Pit Bull is recognized as part of the Terrier family while the American Bulldog is part of the Molosser dog family. The temperament of the American Bulldog resembles that of an English bulldog. They are a gentle and affectionate dog that gets along well with children and can be regarded as a large lapdog. They can prove to be friendly dogs and very family-oriented, especially if they are trained at a young age. As I said he's 12, with arthritis and starting to lose his hearing and vision. He limps around, at this point the beloved Lab would maul him to death. He's too old and arthritic to hurt a bird at this stage of his life. Great stereotyping going on. Fetch constantly loses packages, and due to this, we started sending things to the building. Management turned these packages away without notice which caused hundreds of dollars in lost packages and time wasted with zero help. Further, they took over 6 weeks to get us our initial lease and never even co-signed it. The building itself would be okay if the management was willing to be helpful at all. This is by far the worst experience I've had living in a managed building, especially for the amount we pay.

The building needs to consider only using one of the three elevators for freight purposes either early in the morning or evening, when there is less foot traffic, and make sure broken elevators are fixed promptly. Residents should not be spending 15-30 minutes trying to access their units.

It moves to a second building with more of the art with beer and wine. The third building has even more art exhibits and dessert. The food was supplied by Avana Restaurant located right at Parktowne! The lobster rolls were so good with nice chunks of lobster on a toasted roll. The pizza was very tasty so were the chicken wings. Parktowne also has a great outdoor space with lots of grassy areas, outdoor sculptures and Adirondack chairs.

This apartment does come with a hefty price tag $$$ , you pay close to $2000 for a studio. But at the same time, you do need to take into the consideration of its location, high walking scores, full size gym, all the amenities, and it is brand new. If this is the general area, you want to look for a place to stay and don't want to pay this kind of price, there are many other options within the vicinity. Personally, if I rent here, I will definitely go for a two bedroom , just a better deal and more for the buck.

I sold mine when moved in, everywhere in downtown is biking or walking distance anyways. Overall, I'd recommend Arch Apartments for anyone looking to move into the city.

We've dealt with recurring HVAC issues, including days without functioning AC during the summer and inconsistent or nonexistent hot water during the winter. Other ongoing issues include: * Trash chutes and compactors regularly backing up, creating awful smells and sanitation concerns. * Elevators frequently out of service, with residents getting stuck inside. * Mold in the gym bathroom. * The list goes on. Communication has been just as frustrating. Since GY took over, there have already been two property managers. The first left after giving notice. The second stopped responding to my emails about ongoing building issues, and I later found out from the front desk that he had quit as well. Residents weren't notified, and now there's no clear point of contact to address serious concerns. It's incredibly disappointing because this used to be a great place to live. The location is excellent, and under the previous ownership the building was run well. Since GY took over, the quality of management and maintenance has declined significantly. For the amount residents pay in rent, the current conditions are simply unacceptable. I rarely write negative reviews, but prospective tenants deserve an honest picture of what living here has been like since the ownership change.

Ideal for privacy but a shared space. Location is superb. Walking distance of everything in downtown Philadelphia, old town, and all the historical areas. Rittenhouse Square is a large urban park surrounded by upper scale restaurants, coffee shops and all the usual urban amenities. Hotel doors open just across the street from the park. The Hotel staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The Hotel is more boutique feeling with a bar to your right as you enter and a swanky restuarant to the left. The room had a small kitchen, large common area and two very nice bedrooms both with their own bathroom. I do recommend.
