When i confronted him, he denied everything which prompted me to asking my apartment building for security footage to see if i had maybe missed something. As he has keys to several apartments in my building in East Rutherford, NJ, they know him well and were able to confirm that he not only lied to me about when he signed out my key, but he also never took my dog outside for a walk. I am completely sickened by this act. My husband and I are away from home for 13 hours and we trusted that Dave would walk our dog during that time and turns out he was not. My dog is like my child and treat him just like family so you can only imagine my heartbreak and disgust when I went back on the tapes to see this along with confirmation from our building. After continuing to confront him about the matter and despite having proof on several cameras, he managed to still deny it. Who knows how long this has been going on for or how much money i wasted. I have also has other residents come to me questioning him and his motives as they think the same thing is happening to them. Do not trust him.

We received a call by the sitter assigned (Karina) saying she had lost our key and could not provide care to our cat. We immediately had the owner (Tiana) call us to resolve the issue. It could not be resolved. The service had no backup plan and put the responsibility on us to resolve the lockout even though it was their employee that lost the key. The fact that the sitter/walker (Karina) can be so negligent and still remain employed at this service prompts me to write this review. We have since found a separate service that employs a two key set system to prevent such mistakes. Fortunately it was only one day, I can't even imagine if this were to happen over a week long holiday. My constructive advise to this service would be to implement a two set key system to mitigate these mistakes.

Tiana came over to meet my pup and that took down all of her medical history, feeding schedule, and vet information. Tiana and the team are flexible, with a two hour window for booking/cancellation. They are always on time and I love getting updates from the walks or a card on my counter when I get home. I have a young puppy who is very small and I know they take amazing care of her. Tiana is highly professional and runs Paw Prints like a real business, which is very unlike dog walking in NYC. They are organized, email me invoices and always give me updates on how she is doing. Hate to say this, but these guys beat my old dog walker by leaps and bounds. They are consistently helpful and always reliable. My last service was a revolving door of walkers coming and going but these past three months it's been the same great walker. They are always extremely accommodating for any last minute scheduling changes or late night walks I might need. Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I received an e-mail from her every day with a report on how he did on his walk, and additional texts when something time-sensitive came up. Our dog walker Shamiel is always on time, very polite and respectful to our boundaries, and does exactly what we asked for. Our dog Caesar is always happy to see him.
