Came in today to get lunch for a coworker and I and will never be coming back. I ordered at the drive thru my coworkers food and my food. I had asked for a burger with ketchup only, and they put everything on the burger. When i told them at the drive thru, the lady took it back and told the cooks to make me a burger with ketchup only. Within 10 seconds she bought me back another burger. The burger looked like it came from the exact same wrap I just had, and the burger itself looked off. I pull over to inspect the burger and you could clearly see that all they did was remove the topping off the burger, and give it back to me. It still had that heavy smell of pickles that does not go away just because you take it off the burger. I walked inside and asked a simple question to the lady working the register. I asked, " Did you guys actually make me a new burger or did you just remove all the toppings off the previous burger and give it back to me? Because if you look, you can clearly see the pickle seed and a little bit of mustard left on the burger." The lady at the register said thats not her job and the asked the cooks if they did that. The cooks just shrugged and said they would make me a whole new burger but why didnt they do that in the first place? Then they allowed a homeless man to come inside and sit down and chill. He didnt order anything he just came in, sat down, and chilled there. I finally got a whole brand new burger but at that point I was already over it and late back to work. DEFINITELY won't be coming here again and reccomend no one else does. DEFINITELY reccomend more training on customer service as well. I have reached out to corporate office from a phone number they gave me, but was sent to voicemail amd left a message, so now im wondering if they actually gave me corporate office number. What happened to this place!!! They use to serve great tacos , burgers and fries. Today we just got tacos and fries and the tacos barely had anything in them and the fries had sooo mush salt on them we couldn't even eat them ! Maybe that's why there was nobody in line. What the heck happened? The staff is amazing but the food portions have shrunk to really embarrassing proportions. I ordered a regular size expecting the usual normal portions and was given two dozen over salty fries and a small soda. The burger has no weight, tastes extremely generic to before. She messed up my order made an extra burrito when her coworker told her she tossed it in the trash as a lady was trying to buy food for the homeless friends. Then she didn't pay attention to the Oder and made tots instead of fries. She has a bad attitude and could of given the food to the lady but had no compassion at all. This is not the first issue I've had here. I remember why I don't came to this bakers. The other lady apologized many times but it doesn't make up for the lack of respect, kindness and attention to others or their orders. I will just drive right on by from now on. We absolutely love this fast food joint and today was able to try the breakfast items. I got chorizo taco, chorizo burrito, ground beef burrito, combination burrito and tater tots. Not great... ordering my own food, budget meals no longer have french fries, combination burrito has the same weight and watery consistency as a bean and cheese burrito. The grilled chicken sandwich I received looked nothing like the menu photo. It was an anemic looking piece of reconstituted processed chicken and some thick hard pieces of lettuce. For a drive through the service was slow, but the food was hot and good once we received it. The service was friendly and the drink sizes were huge (a good thing). I was pleasantly surprised by the big ole cup I received for my medium drink. The burger patty itself though is pretty thin... covered in nearly a full head of lettuce. I came here to Bakers usually if I visit my parents or head to Vegas. This is the 3rd time that I tasted the ground beef. Years back I enjoyed the food from the ground beef tacos to the shredded beef. I preferred Bakers over Taco Bell and Del Taco. But now after Covid and that's been some years the meat now has no taco, feel old, and like a previous review it has made me sick a couple of times. I want during the day not late night. Taco Bell and Del Taco are much better that doesn't say much. What a shame I use to go a lot back in the days. Over price now and quality stinks now. This place is a weakness. My coworkers and I usually come here when we are craving burgers and want to be "bad". The drive through is convenient and this seems to be a popular lunch spot in the area. This is the only location I've been to and I've eaten inside and used their drive-thru. The customer service here is awesome! The employees always seem to be in a good mood, even when they get super busy. They have a large menu that was a bit daunting for me the first time I ordered. The lady working the register was very patient with me and nice about it. When my coworkers and I decide to eat here, it's usually the same lady at the register (I wonder if she knows us, haha). Same great customer service experience at the drive-thru. I've asked a bunch of questions or had complicated orders and they are always nice to me and actually get the order correct! The food here is good, too. I mean, it's fast food... but it's yummy. Many people like to compare this to In-N-Out because the burgers are kind of similar, but in my own opinion, they are two very different burgers. The patties have always been nice and juicy and I love that they don't skimp on the lettuce! My only comment is that sometimes the burgers are put together crooked - which makes for a messy burger. The experience in the drive thru was unbelievably slow. I would've left the line but it's only one lane and I was otherwise stuck. Once I finally got to the window, there were some challenges with knowing what to do with my gift card...which caused even more unnecessary delay. My veggie wrap was tasty, but my veggie soft tacos weren't. Even with that- I ordered one and was charged for two (at least it the second one was in the bag), but when I had already spent my entire lunch break there, and didn't have time to remove the item from the bill and the taco from the bag. My mom and I ate here yesterday after a drive from Los Angeles. Our burgers were thinner on lettuce, tomato, and onion. But what saved my day was the superhot and fresh French fries. So in high school, I loved this place and remember walking down the street with my friends just to go get a Mama meal. I finally got my Bakers fix and it is not what I remember! I ended up ordering the Little Kitchen Mama meal with a Orange Fanta float. I asked for it plain since didn't want much and they ended up putting everything on it. There was even extra spread. The meat was dry and cold which was disappointing. The fries were soggy too. The taco was okay but not a favorite. The best thing was my float. They put the right amount of soda and right amount of ice cream so that was great.
