They were out of the sweet onion chicken, they were out of the roasted turkey, they were out of several chips. The tap to pay wasn't working. I tried paying online and through the app, they were both offline. I asked before my sandwich was made to make sure the Apple Pay was working, they told me yes. I waited for 40min. The worker was on the phone with the manager. It was 5min until they closed.I'm on my way to the emergency room and just wanted to eat before going in. I couldn't wait any longer so I told the worker I had to leave and he said ok. At the very least they could've comped my sandwich for the inconvenience. It might seem like a small incident but subway in general falls really short on customer service very often. read more

The young cute Mexican girl who was working alone up front was slow af!! I get it you're new and learning your job but gawdayum!!! There was one customer in front of me and I was in there for 23 minutes!! I order a 6 inch, she gives me a foot long. Sets it in the table and stares at me doesn't say a word.. doesn't ask me if I wanted it toasted so I tell her can you toast it please? No response from her but she toasts it. Then I ask for condiments and everything I had to ask for more of she barely put anything on. And same with condiments. I asked for mustard and she did the tiniest little swipe. I asked for more. Gives me another tiny swipe. I ask for more again. She didn't give me enough I said f it I've already been here for 15 min. Then I ask for oil vinegar and salt n pepper and she said they are out of salt and pepper?? Weird. And she gives me a teaspoon of oil and vinegar. I ask for more. She gives me another teaspoon. I ask for more vinegar and she says "it's strong" and I said I know. I always get a lot of vinegar on my sandwiches. After asking 4 times for more I just said forget it. She was barely putting any on even after explaining to her I want and like a lot! I also asked for pepperochinis and she didn't know what I was talking about and said she didn't have any. She corrected me and said they were yellow peppers. Ok. Then after I pay she doesn't say thank you or goodbye or anything. This employee was either high on drugs she was so slow and incompetent. I tried to eat here last night and the line was out the door with ONE employee working by himself. That is ridiculous! ONE employee can't handle an entire restaurant by himself. This doesn't go towards the workers. They were nice, and professional. But the quality of this Subway does not stand up to others. The owner of this subway must skimp on everything. Including putting the temp at 88° inside on 107° day. They only had two types of bread, Italian and wheat. They didn't have the sandwich that my husband wanted. They didn't have the soup. They didn't have ice. How are you going to run your business like this? The workers were nice, and professional, they deserve a better work environment. Have given this particular location more than a few chances but just seems to be the worse one I've been to. After waiting a good amount of time having to endure Metallica blaring the worker tells me what they're out of. Well for one I couldn't hear him but I decided to make due with what was available. After another few minutes he takes my order but then tells me they only have white bread. He then hands my order off to another employee, but where was this employee at all this time. Chris is amazing. I came around 7 on a Saturday and he was all by himself. But, he is one of the nicest most genuine person I've seenm. I placed an order for two foot longs through the subway app. Picked up the sandwich and when I got back to work, open up the sandwiches and saw little to no meat. I ordered a 1 pastrami + 1 steak sandwiches. The pastrami had like maybe 3 slices of meat and the steak had less than half of what I normally get. If I wasn't stuck at work, I would have went back there to give them a piece of my mind. I don't know if this is because they are having the $6 foot long deal or if they just don't like online orders. I am very disappointed and will not return to this location again. I work odd hours, but I love subway. So I use Yelp to search out a location that's open during my "lunch". But when I drove more than a few minutes and miles out of my way to get what I'm craving and the place isn't open, I was disappointed and hangry. Now it's been a few hours and I've calmed down. I ended up going to Alberto's across the street and got a chorizo breakfast burrito. It was delicious but it wasn't what I wanted. If I could put zero stars I would, I put an online order at 7:25 and it said my food would be ready at 7:45, I get to the store at 7:50 and there is a big line after standing there for a few minutes I went up to the guy making the food and told him I had an online order and he just said it got busy, the thing is what's the point of having an online order "to avoid waiting in line and just picking up your food once you get there" I stayed in line until he finished with all the people in front of me and did not start making my food until 45 minutes after I arrived, at 8:30 he handled us the food, it could have being so easily to stop making food and tell the other customers he had an online order to do and just do it after I asked about my order, if I wouldn't of had stayed in line he would've done other peoples food as they were walking in. My question is where was the manager or another employee to help while this kid had an entire line to the front door of the store. Horrible service. read more

I Love coming to this subway!!! My favorite employee is Jasleen! I Love her customer service! she doesn't rush me like other subway workers do, she politely asks me what I'd like and how much I perfer. She's extremely patient, my girlfriend has a habit of never making up her mind but Jasleen had no frustration dealing with her like I do. This is a newer location. Nice and clean but i realized one of the reasons why i never go to subway. Because i always feel crowded. You have no room to walk, you have to do the foot shuffle so you dont step on nobody. You got people 2 inches in front of you while your ordering, 2 inches behind you also. I dont like people, so maybe its that. I ordered the meatball sandwich and the only thing that tasted good was the provolone cheese. The meatballs and sauce is what you would expect from a fastfood joint. The ladys making the sandwiches are not the friendliest and either was the guy running the cash register but he did let me get cookies for my side instead of chips, i dont know if this us a usual thing or not. read more
