My experience with particular drive thru Bakers was that my order was incorrect. I was very frustrated because we made sure to confirm that there was no cheese on my double baker . The person taking the order took it correctly as it reflected NO AMERICAN CHEESE on my receipt. I didn't notice until I was home. Coming from a 6 hour flight I did not go back. I was very disappointed but feel it important to express my experience in hopes that it will not happen to someone else. Having been in the service industry I know the importance of keeping your customer's happy which then leads to return visits. This will not be happening in my case. I am a firm believer in taking pride in everything you do. It's unfortunate this seems to not happen to be the case particularly at this establishment. Hopefully this was a rare case. read more

Bakers used to be one of my favorite places. Not sure if it's just this one, but this one is a mess... all the tables had food on the tables and chairs, menu is not updated to what they currently serve, associates were not happy at all. Fries had no salt or flavor and they used to be my favorite. All in all, a pretty disappointing bakers trip. read more

Tonight, manager Sylvia E gave me horrible customer service. At the drive-through window, when she handed me a drink carrier, she it gave to me completely flat, leaving me to have to put it together myself. Since I ordered a lot of food, I asked the Server that handed my food to me for a large bag, and they told me the location was out of large bags. When I got home, I had to make two trips to the car, and I live four stories up. When I called to inquire as to the reason the location cannot keep large bags in stock, manager Sylvia E answered the phone, and responded to the situation by acting like she could not have cared less about what happened. Within a couple of minutes of ending the call with her, I called back about something else, and it appeared she refused to answer the call, which is extremely unprofessional behavior, especially since she a manager. In addition, I had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive-through to receive my order, and there was only two vehicles in front of me. I would highly recommend avoiding this location, and possibly Baker's Drive-Thru period, if this is how their managers conduct themselves. read more

this was my first time at bakers and it was delish! the menu was a little overwhelming because they have a lot of options! so not a bad thing. i told the cashier (whom was very friendly) that it was my first time there so she explained how the meals worked. i got a mama meal chicken sandwich. the portion id say is generous...my husband got a papa meal bakers single i think thats what it was called. they were BOTH a decent size...and yes like i said yummy! it had the thousand island dressing i love! the customer service was excellent. their staff working today (7/27/19) before noon was friendly and helpful. usually they dont care whether you have tried their food or not and the cashier who helped us was patient and didnt make me feel like a complete idiot. overall 10/10 experience :) read more

I had my usual chicken quesadilla and fries. My quesadilla was pretty good, but my fries were old and reheated, which was kind of a let down since that's one of the only reasons I stopped here. There was a little wait in the drive thru, but the friendly drive thru employee apologized before I ordered and when I got to the window. The food is great. The day time is usually great. Try and go there any time after store manager Maria is gone. And considered your evening wasted. You will wait 30, 40 minutes for food while the dumb little girls talking about "I'll kick her a$$ Eyy. I'll show her what's up foo"...... straight no class when the store manager is gone. I spent a couple of years frequent illness particular location almost every single day for lunch. Unfortunately they had became very unprofessional. Like the very last time I ate there, the girl gave me an attitude, then called me a profane-laden name. All because she could not get my order right. After repeating the same order I have gotten almost everyday for 2 years, that this same lady took, she still needed me to repeat it 9 times. No exaggeration. So needless to say I got annoyed, yet I still didnt all her names. And she did. Now the store manager comped my meal. Which is great. But I'm sorry, that just isnt enough for a heavyweight to call me a name when I an the customer and did nothing. Lastly, the Bakers Corporate Office is absolutely a joke. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years, ever since they built one across the street from my high school in the early 90s. And I have probably left through the years at least a hundred emails on their website and app, as well as a good 50 voicemails through the years. Many over the last two years. And I have never ever ever once received a call back even when I requested and demanded one. They do not print the telephone numbers of the specific locations. So you cannot call when you have a problem. So every time I've paid for an item, got home and it wasn't there and I called the corporate office to let them know, they have never done a thing about that. NEVER!!!!! NEVER EVEN ONCE!!!!. And unfortunately, this says more about this company than any problem I've ever had at a specific location. What's too bad too, is I feel it's only fair to call and let them know when you have something good to tell them as well. So I have called to give glowing reviews before 2. But again, the corporate office cares about nothing. And I find that so low class to take somebody's money, not give them their item, even if it is unintentional, keep the money, and not refund them, or give them the item in the future. It just goes to show what kind of morals this company stands on. And I think that's what I find most disturbing. PSA: There's another Baker's in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill close to Victoria Gardens. Go there instead! I'm done coming to this Baker's location because of the incompetent girl at drive thru. I ordered a taco and fries and she says "ok so you want a burrito with onion and a large Coke?" She's seriously incompetent. She takes forever to take your order. She just pauses for a very long time to where you have to ask "hello? Is anyone there?" It was so hard for her to take my order that a manager had to come on. The manager said "you want two burritos and a Coke?" All I wanted was a taco and some fries! I thought I was being punked. There were 5 cars ahead of me. No wonder. When I pulled up to pay, the girl says "you got 4 tacos?" I had to explain for the fifth time that all I wanted was a taco and small fry. The manager had to come over and help her. I don't think she's a new trainee though because I've seen her several times and each time it's a hassle. My mom has had such a bad experience with this girl on separate occasions that she now drives to the other Baker's location too. I ordered a double cheese burger with fries and a soda. Service is friendly. Place is relatively clean for a fast food restaurant. The burger was actually pretty good. The fries were ok. I have not tried the Mexican food at any location yet. I understand options are nice but some menu's today seem to have to many options. If your making that many items in a fast food restaurant, how can you be decent at any of them? I actually like Bakers a lot better than INO. But they are also different in their own way. I personally like the fries better at Bakers and the thousand island sauce is less tangy but more creamy. The buns are also toasted and fries are freshly cut and served. I like the Junior Meal with the cheeseburger! They have your Papa and Mama meals too. And I mean it was 11:20 when we got there but I have been to lower quality fast food joints with 10 minutes to spare and never had an issue. Now let me talk about the actual new menu item. The barbecoa quesadilla. I think the idea was amazing A+ on the idea, but the execution was a fail. F- to be exact, and there is such a thing as an F- , I got one once in history sophomore year of high school. So about this quesadilla there just wasn't enough tortilla to withstand the inside. So all I got was soggy disappointment. The meat and cheese just kept slip sliding off the tortilla. Not to mention nobody cut my quesadilla! It wouldn't have been a problem if the tortilla was able to withstand the inside of its being. And I think the cook forgot my green sauce. So imagine if I had the green sauce in the quesadilla it would have been uneatable. Now for the most petty part of this review, I ordered a shake and a large drink. Can you tell me how is one supposed to drink a shake with no straw. And ew drink on a cup that I have no idea how long it's been since they cleaned the cup dispenser. Now can you imagine my inconvenience when I get home only to find no straws . I know I told you this was petty of me but I'm a little salty over the inconvenience this led me to. Bakers Great food close to home, their menu is very big from Papa meals to Baby meals and don't forget their platter plate combos, ohh and the Bakers deal of the day, which you can find on their mobile website or on Facebook. They have American food like burgers and chicken sandwiches. They have Mexican food, burritos, taco, and quesadillas. You can also try their breakfast menu which has chorizo burritos and some egg sandwiches. You can probably find something to eat for everyone in your family or friends. I had no complaints here, the staff was friendly and if you eat in they bring your food to your table. I don't know why they don't have a beverage machine to serve your own drink refills you actually have to go to the counter and ask and it cost 25 cents which isn't a lot but other fast food place don't charge anything. Bakers will continue to be one of my favorite fast food places to visit. read more

I hate writing reviews but this needs to be told. Why is a girl who has long acrylic nails making food and handling money not wash her hands in between making food I saw this for my own eyes. They had screwed up my order so I knocked on door with no answer so went to the drive up window and explained to the girl I was missing food. After waiting at the window for 5 minutes to get the food I was missing I saw the girl make food and take a customer's money without washing her hands.
