Don't bother with their Rewards Program. I went to use a $10 food credit and received a message saying I couldn't use it. The employee at the register accused me of trying to use the credit more than once. I said I never pushed the button or used it. I got no help. Just pay the amount due and email corporate. Corporate could care less. I never received a response from them. Perhaps they are illiterate and can't read the email. Bakers has no customer service policy so I won't be going back. It happened previously also. Safe yourself the grief and go somewhere else. read more

Amazing for Fast Food. I you like In-N-Out You will love this place too. The food is very good and employees are polite. The best part is you can get a cheese burger that rials In-N-Out or you can get Mexican food your choice. The fries are not as good as In-N-Out (they are not fresh cut) but still very good. Went in to get my usual two tacos combo and my man a taco burger, the meat was so dry no flavor just big pieces of ground beef thrown in a stale tortilla shell and a dry taco stuffed In his burger and the fries were cold. The employee had no idea what specials they had, and overcharged me for specials he just offered me, also, i specifically asked for dressings and he didnt place them on my order. I decided to go back and get them but after waiting a while he decides to tell me that they are extra ( something that he could have said instead of just not giving them to me). It's the closest drive thru around me. I'd prefer a del taco or in n out nearby but other than that, I cant complain. The service is good. They bring the food to you and it hot and fresh when you order. They do have refills but you have to pay extra for each refill. read more

I like Bakers Food but I hate when the portion size differs so much from Store to Store. For instance the price of Ground Beef Burritos went up to $ 3.99 and its a puny little flat Burrito not worth that price. Tacos used to be stuffed full now are barely filling the shell and that's includes the 13 pieces of cheese sprinkled on top ! I presume it's the manager controlling portion sizes to increase his profit . Wow! Just about everything they sell blows me away. Very friendly, their chicken sandwiches are off the charts, and the location I go to is quick! Their fries and their beans aren't exactly my favorite, and the fiesta salad seems like it should have more meat. Especially because the prices (worth it though). But there are only a couple things I don't like them, the menu has a plethora of items to try, like the hash browns I just had the other day...going to get more tomorrow morning! :) read more

As a substitute for fast food burgers and fries I would say bakers is great over McDonalds and Burger King. Their burgers taste a lot better with a more fresh cook of the patty. Their fries are soft which is a plus, almost as good as In N Out fries but not quite. The best thing about this place though is the spicy ketchup as that is the best ketchup for fries and something I always try to take extra home for. read more

This review is on behalf of my boyfriend's experience earlier today around 10 am He's been going to this particular location for years! Loyal customer never rude to any of the employees he works really close to this location so he goes literally Monday through Friday! He orders through the drive thru Well today he ordered the bean and cheese burrito combo which includes a drink he had the Mr. Pibb and he accidentally spilled his drink all over his lap and inside of his car in front of whoever gave him his food before he even had a chance to even drink it and all she could do is just watch and offer him napkins! He gave her his empty cup and all she did was shake her head at him what a great fucking way to treat a loyal customer shame on you bakers so greedy! Fine maybe you couldn't take his cup back because he already touched it but the silly drive thru girl could've offered him a new drink!!! The mex meal #2 is the best meal for under 9 bucks. I swear the 2 taco's, rice,beans with guacamole and sour cream on the side is just delicious along with nacho chips and a big thing of very good salsa. this is the worst baker's in the city of riverside. the employees look so miserable and are so rude. i don't think any of them know basic customer service like a simple greeting when you get to the window or walk into the facility. they just take your cash/card without telling you your total, close the window, come back and hand you a receipt and close it again and you wait another 10 mins for them to come back with your fries tossed all over inside the bag. i gave this place 1 extra chance and was just as bad as the first time i came. read more

I am so upset and frustrated with this Baker's location. I love Bakers and go often. Today we stopped at this location because it was on the way home from the soccer fields. When I placed the order I asked for the plain hamburger meal deal and when I went to pay the price was higher than it should have been for that meal. The guy at the first drive through asked me to talk to the people at the other window. When I questioned them they were not helpful and said I ordered wrong. We reviewed my order including special requests for the kids (plain no lettuce or tomato or sauce etc) she said yes. I did not check the order prior to leaving the window because I was upset. When I got home I realized they did not get the order correct. Overall a horrible experience. I will not be returning to this location!! read more

this place puts in-n-out to shame! i am so sad that you can only get bakers in the I.E., im an la girl so i would have to say that baker's is better than any other burger joint out there! their old fashioned buns and special sauce give them an advantage! we frequent all the riverside locations when we are in that area! and i have to say, no matter what location, they are super friendly! in all the eyars i have been eating there, they have always come through. i also love their cheese burritos. imagine a quesadilla, rolled up with red sauce! love it! i love that they have mexican and american food here! read more

So I didn't realize this was an Inland Empire chain till I moved to the Orange Curtain. Honestly I missed it so much. I love the Mama and Papa meals. The fries are some of the best I have had at drive thru and I love the cherry shot you can get in your soda. Just for nostalgia it'll always be one of my favorite places when I head home. read more

when we go to so cal, we have to stop by baker's...it is a must, otherwise the trip is pointless. love that you can get a burger and bean & cheese burritos. the burgers are pretty similar to in n out, but definitely not in n out. the burritos are similar to taco bell. and, the fries are like mcdonald's. baker's is like a smorgasbord of all great fast food, but in one place to chow down. we've enjoyed this place so much that we were hoping it was a franchise, so we could open one in the bay area. sadly, they're not, so to experience this, you'll just have to get your bums to so cal. read more
