In N Out is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. It might as well be McDonald's or Burger King. The menu is so tiny that there is almost nothing for me besides the french fries. And I suppose even they are cooked in lard, but I really don't know. Also, I don't drink soda (diabetic) and the milkshakes, well I'm lactose intolerant. In case you haven't guessed, I'm a vegetarian--not even a vegan. One day, not too long ago one friend of mine insisted that we have supper there. He said there would be PLENTY of vegetarian options. He was wrong. I was offered a hamburger without the burger. It consisted of a lame white bread roll, a thin slice of bland, tomato, a tiny bit of lettuce and a slice of American "cheese." (Oh, and a slice of onion, but I can't eat raw onions.) Needless to say, I left hungry. And the atmosphere? Yuck! Both McDonald's and Burger King outshine this place for atmosphere. It's a Sterile, white, blindingly bright kind of place. I don't know how this place stays open. Never again. No carrots. read more

In-N-Out is always on my list. The burgers are consistently good, and they always will customize your burger. When you say, "extra" of anything, they completely understand the assignment. Last trip, I got a 3x3 and a fry well done. The fries were cold, unfortunately, but I warmed them up. Never understood the hate for their fries as they are as fresh as you can get! We split fries and a Neapolitan shake. The challenge as always is to find parking as close as possible (of not in their lot, somewhere very close) before the fragile fries expire (it happens almost instantaneously). All good. Wow I'm so disappointed in my food today by in n out especially from in n out . I have been to multiple in n outs and I have never had a bad experience . Either the head cook doesn't know how to properly train his staff or his cooking staff don't care about quality food . That just goes to show the management is poorly managed and does not look over the quality of service that is provided . I ordered a Flying Dutchman and it came with no grilled onions . I was so upset because I was craving it and it just came with Pattie's and cheese. Then I ordered animal style fries and it only had a small small portion of grilled onions. we make it a tradition to go to In-N-Out after our kids gym class and so we're normally one of the first customers to go since it opens right when the class ends. oh my gosh, I sound like a fatty saying this, but I always get two Animal style fries with extra grilled onions and extra sauce on the side and two regular fries and also a double double cheeseburger and also a milkshake to add with that but every time we go there taste super good and really fresh and the line isn't that long Customer Service is really good. I think it's probably because it's super early and there's not that many people and just friendly and it was super clean. We really like going here and definitely will be coming back. I for sure 1000% recommend this place if you are craving a burger or fries. read more

After my Farmer Boys dine-in visit, I drove across the street to this In-N-Out to get a shake. I love their shakes. It's like smooth ice cream in shake form. This location is tiny... it has limited outside patio dining and drive-thru only. One order window and one pick-up window. Limited on-site parking, but there is street parking. Luckily, I was able to squeeze at the last street parking spot in front of In-N-Out. I walked up to the order window and a lovely girl greeted me with a smile... that's how it should be when it comes to customer service. Thank you for the smile! I initially ordered a strawberry shake, but after paying for it, I changed my mind and wanted a vanilla shake instead. The girl was happy to make the change. Service was very quick! When I got back to my car and was taking some pictures of the shake, I noticed the amount of shake was one inch short from the top of the cup. I knew it felt light when I picked it up from the counter LOL. Hey, an inch makes a difference... I could have had one more inch of shake LOL. Hence, I knocked off 1 star. Nevertheless, the vanilla shake was very smooth and yummy... it never fails! I took it down in less than 10 mins before heading back to Feeding America Riverside for my afternoon volunteer shift. This is the worst In-N-Out location I've ever been to. Ordered at the window at 3:45pm. It took over 45 minutes to get our food. Our friends walked across the street to get McDonald's, brought their food back, and finished eating before we got our in-n-out order. Turns out they gave our orders to other customers. Went there yesterday for lunch...the lady taking orders outside at noon had dirty white pants on with black dirt on her knees and at the bottom of her pants. This was the first time I have ever been disappointed by the service at an In n Out. Not sure if she was having a bad night but Brooklyn was very rude and had the worst customer service. When I asked for an item that was left out of my bag that I requested during my order, she acted very bothered that I asked about it then didn't even acknowledge me after and just walked away to get it and handed me the item without a simple "sorry about that" or "here you go", all while looking like she was angry at the world. No wonder the line took so long on our side. She clearly wasn't feeling being there. My soda was not carbonated in my lemon-up and I'm pretty sure they forgot to add grilled onions to both burgers but otherwise the food was tasty per usual. Won't be back to this location. read more

I did lunch for the office here at BMW of Riverside Collision Center. and April absolutely killed it! she took our lunch menu with the individuals names and got it 100% correct with names on each bag when we left. even offered to help with the boxes to the car. which was needed. but what a heart to help! just love it! she is a 100% natural at customer service and taking initiative. such a rarity today. Husband and I had an almost-midnight run to in n out! The line wasn't very long so we were able to order in under 5 minutes in the drive thru. The wait after ordering to the actual window was about 10 minutes. This location seating outside and we did see a few people there. The walk up window was empty and there were only cars in the drive thru this evening. This in n out's fries were perfectly crunchy and my grilled cheese was delicious. We got packets of spread so we added those to our fries and burgers as usual. It was our first time at this in n out location and we'll definitely come back to this one when we crave in n out again! read more

This location is always packed sometimes it's hard to get into the car line. The parking lot is extremely small and always crammed, but I love in n out forever and always. Today I got my first triple triple I asked for chillies on the burger and the order was confirmed by two different people one in the parking lot one at the window, when I got to the second window I realized my receipt didn't say protein style which is what I asked for with the first person and she repeated it back correctly but the receipt didn't say it so at the window I told the second person it should be protein style and he said he will fix it when I started eating my burger I realized there was no chillies after the order being confirmed twice so I didn't enjoy it nearly as much because of my missing chillies it makes a big difference to me so that was pretty disappointing I was craving this WITH chillies not plain. I didn't ask for extra chillies at the window because my blood pressure is high and I need to pick my poison with how much salt I'm having and if it's worth it I thought just the chopped chillies on the burger would be enough but I used to get them on the side as well I can't do that anymore. read more
