I took my car here because that's what my insurance recommended because it was gonna be done in a month looking pretty much brand new. i was wrong. Gabriel was the one who was going to be taking care of it and nearly 4 months i just get my car 2 days ago, i was only excited because i needed my car back other then that they did a horrific job, the only good part was the paint job other then that everything was installed wrong and scratches on the "new bumper" will not recommend anyone going here seriously , too top it off a whole month was them trying to find the other headlight for the left side of my vehicle when they never asked me where to get it they left it as is and gave me my car with ONE headlight insane, my insurance was the reason i could get it fixed and reimbursed. read more

I got rear ended and took my car in to get an estimate. The front staff makes sure you are taken care of as soon as you walk in. Gabriel was my estimator and he was amazing. He walked me through the whole process and kept me updated as repairs were happening. He answered all my questions with a lot of patience. He stayed late to help me get my car checked in and processed. They did a great job and even finished my car before the estimated date. There is also a tracker that they send you so you can keep up with the repairs. When I picked up my car, they even gave me a ride to the bank and back so that I could pay the bill when my bank wasn't cooperating. They made sure to make my unfortunate accident as easy as possible. My car looks brand new and the employees really go above and beyond here! read more

Minor rear bumper repair.. parked car was hit at slow speed in parking lot. Estimate to replace bumper etc was approved and paid.. supplement after they broke everything down seemed high but paid it.. when picking up vehicle they said another supplement due!.. scam artists.. I paid cash but if going thru insurance it's same racket but will cause delays as insurance disputes the bs and goes back and forth costing you time. Stay away.. cannot be trusted. Went to get a quote. Front lady seemed to care very little about myself bringing them my business. I get you work for a company and probably don't care but for being the first person most people talk to when walking in, she should be at least friendly (or pretend to be), or AT LEAST be able to spell the customer's name right especially after I even gave her my ID so she can spell it correctly. Very unprofessional of the owner to approach me by being upset and asking why I left a bad review, instead of finding a remedy in a peaceful manner that could change my opinion. 1.) I get that whenever I find a damage they caused, they'll fix it. I appreciate that gesture, but I can't always receive my vehicle back with dents, scratches, and paint chips whenever a job is finished. For every time I come back, I also have to spend money on rental. Not even a single time they vouched for at least a free rental when these guys caused damage to my vehicle. 2.) Trust me, I detail my car every weekend. I know where its cuts and bruises come from. Before I brought my car in I know there aren't any dents, scratches, or paint chips because I clayed it and inspected it. Worst thing you can find are rock chips on the front bumper and on the lower rockers. I do this to every cars I've owned before leaving it to a dealer for service. Even when I left my car to Nestor, I instructed him to park it in the back away from other cars and not to car wash it. I even inspected my car before leaving the facility and that's when I saw paint chipped off on the new bumpers, dent on both doors, and a scratch on the right door that they didn't even fix. So dont tell me that those damages were already there. And dont tell me none of your workers caused it. 3.) Telling me that it will be the last time my vehicle will get fixed don't mean anything to me. I mean if that's a threat, that's fine by me since there are other places who will do far better quality and craftsmanship. Good luck talking with Better Business Bureau. read more

Horrible customer service, you honestly have to be the one pressing for updates on your vehicle. They are also very misguiding and unable to effectively communicate; i.e. took vehicle to get worked on, we were advised they'd reach out if they came across issues and that the vehicle would be ready at most a month. A month later we contacted them to see if the vehicle was ready for pick up since we hadn't heard from them at all. We were then informed of the issues they came across and that they wouldn't be able to work on the vehicle eventhough they had already assured us they would be able to performe the work. read more

The gentleman who inspected my car and did an estimate was friendly, through and quick. He was able to give me a typed estimate within 15-20 minutes. I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon, they estimated it would be done Monday. Sure enough Monday it was ready for pick up and the total was just under the amount I was estimated. Tried so hard to like this place! I'm a huge fan of small business when it works. But it just didn't happen. I brought in my car for an estimate. My estimator was Gabriel. He asked for a deposit. I was thinking $100 but he asked me for about half the cost of the repair. Red flag, but I ignored it, hindsight! I drop my car off when the part arrives. I hadn't heard from Gabriel all day so I call him. He tells me at end of day that the part doesn't fit. Totally bizarre as I Iiterally brought my car in person last week and gave him the VIN so it's not like I made him guess. I ask for my car back. He says he'll order the "correct" part and let me know. Fast forward 2.5 weeks. No word from Gabriel. I text, I call. Finally I tell a secretary/receptionist I want my $ back because it's been almost a month and my car isn't repaired yet! She tells me she can refund part of my money back but will charge me a credit card fee! I respond that's crazy to be charged a fee for them not doing their job and point out they owe me the cost of a 1 day rental car when they failed to fix my car and I had to get a rental. All in all, I ordered a brand new part from Amazon for $100 ( Gabriel quoted me $300 for a used one) and my brother installed it in 10 min. So I saved myself $550. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. They were supposed to fix a slight fender bender. Took near three weeks for our family car to be done the first time. Then there was sound coming from the front end so I had to bring it back in again. They said they couldn't hear anything so I had to drive on my time back in to show them the sound. This took about 10 days to resolve. Now the sound is coming from both directions when I turn. They told my wife when she picked it up that it's under warranty right?! read more
