Matt and Thomas were amazing! Upon arrival, Matt was very professional and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. Matt gave me advice on my outside vent because I was missing a part that I didn't even know was missing! We reached out to Matt (the owner) Friday as we had our dryer serviced and they stated we needed the vents checked/serviced before they could help. Matt was able to come out today (Saturday) prompt and get the job done. He explained the process to us and what he was doing. Turns out we had a couple blockages and he cleared it all up for us. The process took about an hour, and he provided an updated vent connection and explained why/how it was better than our current finessed connection lol. I used Matt Summers at Bakersfield Dryer Vent to clean out the dryer vent that goes up to the roof. He did a fantastic job. He was on time, showed me pictures of the roof vent, and warned me before he began to vacuum. He replaced the dryer vent and left everything cleaner than it was before he started.
