On the day they came to do the job, they raised the price by $600. We should have said no but we had already planned our day around the repair so we went ahead and had them replace the pipe anyway. THEN they told us they had to turn our water off to our sprinklers to glue a pipe on that line "as a favor" to us. Now our sprinklers are OFF and they won't come out and reconnect the water to them. This was after they told me they would come back the next day to turn them back on. My husband and I have both been trying to reach them - leaving text messages to the numbers they used to text us .... It's been three days .... No responses to any of our texts. We've tried turning them back on and they won't come on.... I'm wondering if they actually broke our sprinklers...
