New equipment works great and all their work was top notch and professionally done. HVAC is not rocket science but a correct install ( vacuum lines , purge and braze then charge ) is VERY important for a good running system with longevity. Cut corners or do a half arsed install and even the best equipment will fail. You are paying for something that you want to last for decades and it needs to be done right no matter who is doing it.
