Whether you need a tune up, repair, or a whole new system installed, they can do it and at a very reasonable price! They service all makes and models of equipment. If you need to make an appointment, just call their office and Barb will be able to set you up! You'll get a text confirming your appointment with a 4 hour time slot. On the day of your appointment, you'll get a text with a link to track your technician's location so you'll know exactly when to expect them! I absolutely love this feature and wish more home service companies would utilize something similar. It took 2 minutes to install a $12 part which I bought at a appliance store the next day for a spare. I tried calling the next day to talk to someone about their price my calls were not taken, nor returned. Ide hate to see what they would charge for a $24 part from a appliance store. Highway robbery. I hired this company in 2020 to add an extension on the back of my house the sales man talked a…read moregood game but the quality of work is horrible. during the process I kept telling the salesman and owner Pat of my concerns but they just told me it would all be great when completed. i had to call several times after completion because when it rained it would rain in my house through the door and windows they put in. they had someone come out finally and he said the gutter system was installed incorrectly and he did something to repitch it. they didn't solve the problem and Pat stopped returning my calls. I have since had to replace the sliding glass door and windows with Window Nation and now my roof is leaking. I will need to replace that too. Be very wary of this company. I have pictures too!

They never came back to do the needed full repair and would not return phone calls (even to Mr. Collins' cell phone). I tried for weeks, and was gaslighted the entire time. Two days ago I tried again for a different maintenance issue. Surprisingly I did get through, and they scheduled a service appointment for the next morning, but they never showed up. No phone call. Nothing. I tried calling them to find out what's going on, and their AI answering said we'd get a return call. Of course, that never happened. A once good company now terrible.
