End of life is tough enough . Finding services that are decent priced , classy , helpful , and friendly can be challenging. However , this is the place to call !!! I can't recommend them enough ! Jen was wonderful , helpful, patient and informative. She never seemed annoyed no matter how many times we called with questions . We used their chapel area for my fathers viewing and it went better than planned . They let us set up beforehand , were there if we needed help , but gave us our space as well . The chapel location had plenty of parking , bathrooms , and quite a bit of space for everything and everyone . They are also helping us set up a military honors funeral which takes a lot of the guesswork out of what we need to do . If I could give them 10 stars I would ! The services provided by the crematory were good overall. The facility offers a serene atmosphere and a quiet place for reflection. Despite my pain and grief, I was very appreciative and lucky to have the services and care of the Funeral Director, Mr. Randy Bellamy, who was very courteous, respectful and sensitive to our needs as well as other personnel present during and in the crematory room, considering that this was an extremely painful process for the family. I also want to mention that I had an outstanding service provided by Ms. Zarhina Fuents, who helped me at every stage in the process. Unfortunately, my first encounter at the crematory office was with a cold and rude reception personnel, two women that didn't even have the courtesy to welcome any of us, when we stepped in. They just ignored us like we were invisible, until I had to approach the desk and asked. I gave a four-star rate for this service because sadly they are the face of this business. When you're going through pain and suffering for the loss of your loved one, you do not expect or need people to treat you with this type of coldness and disrespect. read more

Dennis was such an amazing help to us in our time of grief of my Dad's passing. He took care of EVERYTHING, including a full Military Honors Gun Salute and live Taps at the gravesite service. He coordinated the whole service, including directing the pallbearers, and inviting Father Dermot to give a wonderful mass. Father Dermot's homily touched so many hearts, we all wanted to offer appreciation after the service. I gave him a photo of the wreath stands we wanted, and they were delivered exactly as the photos - beautiful. I am so grateful to Dennis. He showed sincere compassion and willingness to help.
