Pizza and mango habanero
Noemi F.

Pizza and wings hit better then before. The mango habanero wings extra crispy are DELICIOUS. The pizza is even better than before!! DELICIOUS! The service is good and polite. The place is chill vibes with enough tvs and seating.

Baldwin Park Pizza is a great little spot with a classic pizza diner feel. But it's missing some love and the three stars are more dedicated to the staff than anything. The environment is very open space, big booths, and honestly could be a really great spot for groups, sports events etc... the classic take on a big pizza diner works and parking is pretty good, to be honest. The service... was fantastic, the hard part was their soda machine was out and has been for a while. They did have cans and 2 liter soads to accommodate, but you can tell the staff has had to explain this over and over again. They had the same issue with the beer and had a limited amount of bottled beer. We were swayed away from pitchers of beer because of this. The Last thing I noticed was they had to double check on some of the apps to see if they had them or not and they had no. Ketchup for our fries and wedges. You. Can tell it was uncomfortable for the staff. I was worried about the food after our initial order because of what was missing, but.... the pizza was pretty good, so we're the wings and salads. The breaded pickled were definitely frozen since a lot of them clumped together, and the wedges were good but no flavor. Some Ketchup would of helped. This is my girlfriends childhood nostalgia pizza place and they do have great pizza, wings and salad. I'm actually down to try some of their sandwiches. I just feel that the equipment needs some tlc....

Pastrami with red onions

A co-worker introduced me to Pastrami pizza that originated in Downey. That was the baddest pizza I've had. It was so good, it was evil! Today I was craving Pastrami pizza but didn't want to drive all the way to Downey. Got on my trusty Yelp and saw that BP Pizza also makes them so I hurriedly drove myself over. At half past 11 I was the only customer there. Oh well, my order is going to breeze through. I got the large pastrami ($18.75) plus $2 for the add-on red onions. It was good but nowhere near the original one. It might be the choice of cheese or pastrami that they used or the lack thereof. I can imagine it would be underwhelming without the additional red onions. I'll try to come back and order the Company pizza next time and hope that one is better. It has been quite some time since I visited this place and a lot has changed. Looks roomier with better looking booths and tables. They have 10 flat screen TVs that would be great for game night. Parking was adequate.

Pizza, mac n cheese bites, garlic fries
Britney M.

This place is pretty good. Pros and cons I'd say. But enough pros that I'd order from here again. I was visiting my friend who lives in Baldwin Park and he suggested Baldwin Park Pizza. We ordered a large pizza with pineapple and mushrooms (my favorite combination mmm!) an order of garlic fries, as well as Mac and cheese bites. Let me just say.... Those max and cheese bites are small but taste AMAZING!!! I'd literally just order two orders of Mac and cheese balls lol They were fried perfectly and ooey gooey cheesy inside. Yum! Our pizza was a bit dry. The crust wasn't really edible. We just ate everything but the crusts. The garlic fries were okay. Not really my thing though. Something about the flavor with the garlic spread that didn't sit well with me. But my friend grubbed out on the whole order of garlic fries. Overall this place was decent. I'd probably give it another try and definitely make sure to order those Mac balls. Lol Service was slow. I think it took two hours for delivery on a Friday night. They estimated an hour to and hour and a half. We were starving by the time the food arrived.

Driest pizza ever!

Went for the veggie pizza to feel like I'm making good life choices, and honestly... no regrets!! The veggies were fresh and still had a little crunch (because nobody wants sad, soggy vegetables pretending to be healthy). But the real star? That dough!! Soft, slightly tacky, airy inside, crispy outside... basically the overachiever of pizza crusts!! And the garlicky sauce? Bold enough to let you know it showed up to the party. Definitely would "recover" from a workout like this again!!!

Little Caesar's, Dominoes, etc. would be tier 2 and on and on. All tiers can be appreciated in their own tier and my satisfaction is really just a matter of setting right expectations. With Pizza Italiana, I was after a traditional pizzeria experience. That should be tier 3 or higher. Full disclosure, I ordered online and had it delivered. Ordered the supreme and a pepperoni and I'm giving them a tier 2 at best. The dough was very mediocre and both pizzas were very light on the cheese AND it was too expensive for that tier. I don't recommend and I wouldn't go back given the many alternatives in the area.

Haven't been back to this Pizza Hut in years since my last bad experience with their food quality…read more I recently took advantage of a T-Mobile Tuesday deal to try some new items from Pizza Hut, primarily focusing on the new Flatzz pizza. As part of the free promotion, I purchased "something", so I ordered My Hut Box to get a free Flatzz. The Flatzz pizza was a small, thin flatbread (not really bread like, but a really thin piece of pita dough). Each slice was topped with a small sausage ball, which was an interesting touch. I tried the Nashville Hot, it's not too bad, had a bit of a kick. It had an intriguing taste that was a pleasant change from standard pizza, but it wasn't something you had to have. The My Hut Box was a decent value for a quick meal. It included an appetizer and a main entree, and while it was just "okay," the real star of the entire order was the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt. This melt was almost like a chicken alfredo pasta served as a calzone. The flavors were rich and satisfying. Overall, if it were not for the T-Mobile deal i would not come back. While the Flatzz was just an average experience, the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt was a definite win and a great new discovery.

Delicious pizza…read more(fresh AND leftover), great wings and salad, friendly staff even when super busy, and a wide variety of specialty pies on the menu along with customizable options and interesting side orders like their nacho potatoes.  For our pizza we got a medium build your own with meatballs, jalapenos, onions, and garlic. At 12" it was the perfect amount to feed the two of us for two meals. The crust is soft and pillowy and had the perfect char. The sauce was sweeter than most places and even though I don't like sweet flavors in my savory foods it totally worked - I really enjoyed it. Very decent pie and would get again.  We also got a 6-piece wings with traditional buffalo sauce and a small greek salad - both flavorful and delicious - would also get again. I especially loved the creamy crumbled feta on the greek salad and the variety of veggies. The shop was swarming with customers placing to-go orders and the phone was ringing off the hook while I visited - but the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and very helpful - he even gave regular updates on order wait times to me and the others waiting which I really appreciated.  Prices seemed a tad high to me - but I feel that way everywhere I go lately and they don't seem any more expensive than anywhere else out here nowadays lol. Plus the quality is definitely there and I will still be returning.  The vibes were chill with a nostalgic pizza place feel, cute valentine's day window paintings, and several TVs showing sports while you eat. They're located in a large, easy to find shopping center with plenty of parking.  We ordered to-go and it was ready in about 30 mins - which isn't too bad considering how busy they were. So I suggest calling ahead and placing your order unless you just want to grab a beer there while you wait, which many people were doing.  All in all I enjoyed the food and experience and look forward to trying the nacho potatoes next time!
