Biggest mistake trusting this location with my package they scanned my package in and it never left their store according to UPS! Of course the store blames UPS even though they never got it! I can't even replace the item for my client cuz it was specially made for them the store didn't even offer an apology! He just kept saying to file a claim and how UPS has special technology to track packages lol ya maybe that's true if the package had left your store in the first place never coming to this location again

He led me into his workspace/back house and we got started with paperwork and fingerprinting right away. The whole process only took maybe 10 minutes max. Super easy, efficient, no wait time, and plenty of street parking around the neighborhood. The total for my forms cost $72 and I paid with Zelle, I don't believe he is accepting credit card at this time. Overall it was a super quick and painless experience. Luckily, I made it just before their lunch break. From the moment I arrived, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, personable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. She took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond when I was having trouble scanning and converting documents into a PDF. Instead of rushing me along, she patiently showed me exactly what to do and made sure I understood the process. The gentleman who took my fingerprints was also friendly and efficient, and together they made what could have been a stressful task incredibly easy.
